I originally worked with Sewer Lines Only when purchasing a home as there was a belly in the sewer line holding water. They scoped & gave me an estimate for repair, and let me know the grading of the remaining line was less than ideal but wouldn’t be a major issue. I received a credit for the partial line replacement as that’s what they recommended, and they sent to the seller without my consent. 2 months later the entire line backed up and flooded parts of my basement. I was told that the entire line needed to be replaced due to the grading, by the same company that told me this was not an issue 2 months earlier.

They worked with me on getting an emergency repair team out as I had no running water, but their team did not respect my property, did not communicate, and left everything a complete mess for a week.

The trench was left open with dirt piled up in the yard for 2 days. At the end of the week once the job was complete, their crew left raw sewage in the yard, damaged our sprinkler line, damaged our fence to the point it couldn’t close, and left landscaping a mess. They came back 3 days later to fix everything, after we'd had to clean up sewage and dirt as to not kill the grass. The job is now complete but after the headache of dealing with this for 2 weeks I would not recommend this company.

Shout out to Murray with Sewer Lines Only! I was able to get an appointment FAST, like same day fast! Murray arrived on time, was polite and professional!

Best of all, he and the company were up front in showing me that I had a small problem that I could handle on my own, and he did not try to upsell me on services and fees I did not need! Aaron was professional and thorough. I had another quote from company that suggested a sewer liner, Aaron was honest in his assessment that was unnecessary and my clay line was still in good shape. I am very glad I called and when I need help I will be sure to call Only Sewer again.

We had an excellent experience with Sewer Lines Only. After a scary (and manipulative) estimate from another company, a friend suggested them since he had worked with them before. Cameron was especially thorough in his inspection and communication and answered all of my questions. Especially since it felt like we were being fear-mongered by another company, I was grateful and amazed that I owed nothing for the inspection--it was also reassuring to learn that their plumbers do not receive commission on jobs so they aren't incentivized to upsell. We scheduled a cleaning for the following week and Sergio completed the job quickly and efficiently. SO thankful for both of them and that their company values integrity and honesty in their business practices!

Cameron came out to give us a second opinion on a sewer line inspection. In addition to being punctual and courteous, he was obviously very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our situation in detail, answered all my questions, and offered suggestions and solutions that work for us. I felt very confident that he knew what he’s talking about, and that his priority was doing what’s right for us (as opposed to selling us unnecessary work). We are very pleased with the people, service, and quality of work performed by Sewer Lines Only to replace the main drain beneath our basement slab. The estimator, Aaron, was very pleasant, courteous and thorough in reviewing and pricing the work scope for the initial estimate and confirming the work was performed as agreed to. The crew that did the drain removal and replacement work did a great job, protected the basement to minimize damage, and cleaned up really well afterwards. Really pleased with a recent project done by Sewer Lines Only for a front yard spot repair. Price was competitive, crew showed up on time and left the yard better than they found it (including a sprinkler line repair). The sewer line repair world has some "wild west" elements and there are plenty of unlicensed, uninsured cowboys with backhoes who may or may not do a good job. Happy to endorse a trusted and professional outfit - Sewer Lines Only!

Cameron was great all around. He arrived early, was professional, and provided a very thorough report on what was going on at my property. I look forward to hiring them on this job. Highly recommend.

So the job has been done and the experience after Cameron came out has been anything but great. Let's summarize:

- Sergio and his team canceled on me FOUR times. Twice on the day of. Imagine how disrupting that is to plan your day around that.
- They started an hour late on the first day
- They cut out the concrete in my garage to find out that the sewer line actually ran a foot over, meaning they didn't have to tear everything apart in the garage.
- Once they finally came back to pour the concrete after canceling four times, they did a very very poor job.
- The new concrete poured is already cracking , there are several low spots catching sitting water, parts have chipped away, and they didn't do a clean job. There is concrete residue everywhere.
- The worst part of all is that they didn't even pour the concrete right on my patio. They left my patio beam sitting on a brick!!!
- They also removed my fence to get a tractor in the back yard and broke two of my fence panels.

I haven't heard a peep from them since they "completed" the work a week ago. I will revised this review after I hear back.

Cameron is excellent! He did exactly what needed for my sewer line. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up the dig site to better than prior to the dig. Ground is level and clean. I gave your name to my real estate agent friend to pass along to other home owners.

Cameron came out to give us a second opinion on a low spot in our sewer line that other companies had told us needed to be replaced immediately. Cameron gave us his honest opinion and provided reasonable options to manage the line long term. He was very friendly and informative and helped put us at ease after another company made us think we had an emergency on our hands. Best part is that the team gave us a second opinion at no cost, definitely will be using them for clean outs and repairs in future.

I called Sewer Lines Only for a second opinion on my secondary line as I was told by another company that it needed to be replaced, which included tearing up the concrete in my basement. Cameron came out and camera'd the line and told me it was fine and could use a cleaning. Thank you Cameron for your honesty and professionalism!! There are some honest people out there still!!

We cannot recommend Sewer Lines Only enough. From our first interaction (estimate) with Aaron who showed up on time and was very responsive and professional, to the admin team that always answered our questions and took action promptly, to the hands on repair team that worked quickly to replace our sewer main and put our property back exactly as they found it (fence, removal, concrete, patio, landscaping). Communication with the company was easy and their responsiveness and customer service was top notch. They beat all the other companies in price (significantly) and we could not have been more pleased with the service we got. I hope we never need to replace our sewer main again, but if we do, we would not call anyone else.

I cannot say enough good things about Cameron!! I had him come out as a second opinion after being told I needed to replace my sewer line by another company to the toon of $20k. Cameron took me step by step through what to expect to see as he put the camera through my sewer line. His knowledge is so comforting!
