Cameron and Mag came out to my place for a quote today and were so beyond kind and respectful. They worked quickly, explained everything, and quoted me a very fair price. I’ve never had someone show up exactly on time before and they were here on the dot. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I absolutely love Sewer Lines Only. As a local realtor, they are the first call I make and I trust their work. They are thorough and transparent, on top of being quick and efficient on each job. My most recent experience was with Aaron Flowers, and he’s a total rockstar. Great attitude and tons of knowledge and experience in home related fields. These guys are amazing - you won’t regret making the call.

It has now been nearly a year, and our electricity and irrigation system issues remain unresolved. Out of good faith, I gave your team several months to address these problems, but instead I have been passed from one representative to another—three in total—each asking the same questions and requesting the same photos, only to stop following up after the initial calls.

To be specific:
• Our driveway lights and gate remain broken.
• One full irrigation zone is still not functioning.
• We were forced to purchase an expensive battery for the driveway gate simply to be able to access our property—something we assumed would be a temporary solution until the system was properly repaired.

This company arranged for an electrician of their choosing to inspect the system. He identified the issue, yet no corrective action has been taken. To complicate matters, we were later told that WE had chosen this electrician, which is not accurate- No idea who they chose to review the damage. This repeated shifting of responsibility has created additional confusion without moving us toward resolution.

The result has been an extraordinary waste of time. After months of providing the same information and receiving no progress, it is clear that the matter is not being handled in good faith. At this point, I strongly recommend that no final payment be made until your company fulfills its obligations and resolves these issues as promised. Based on the current pattern, if payment were made in full, I have every reason to believe we would receive no further support.

I wish all of this was not the case but after being passed to multiple people and with no resolution - I am posting in hopes that maybe somehow, this is escalated. I did not want it to come to this.

Aaron was incredibly honest and helpful throughout the entire process. He assessed the repair quickly, and the full scope and quote were completed in under 30 minutes. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided a fair, reasonably priced estimate. On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism and would absolutely recommend him.

I had a lot of questions and Kim in the front office was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Sergio Jr came out and assessed the situation in a very professional way and the quote came in less than the other 2 I had gotten , They came out Friday morning and worked all day and everyone on the crew actually seemed to enjoy working together and they dud a gret job. I highly recommend this company and I never felt pressured choose them over the others.

We had a permit in with the city and needed to quickly identify the location of the sewer line. We had no idea where it connected to the main. Sewer Lines Only was completely responsive, scheduled us quickly and the price was fair. Cameron was great as well. He let us know he could arrive earlier than scheduled or arrive at the originally scheduled appointment time. I couldn't be at the site when he was there but he kept me informed and walked me through what he found as well as provided a video for me so I could see what he was talking about. He said he would stick around so I could review the video first before he left the site. He then went back inside to check on a few other things that I asked him to do. Had sewer lines only out to inspect my main line after multiple companies told me I had to replace the entire line all the way to the city connection. These guys were able to figure out that my pipes were in great shape and that only my tap connection needed to be replaced! Just a simple cleaning was all that was needed, not a 20k + repair job.

It's not every day that you have a knowledgeable, talented, gracious, and integrity professional sewer technician named Ashton who comes to your home. As much as all of us prefer not to have a sewer line break, it's certainly comforting to know you're being honestly taken care of rather than not being taken advantage of. Sewer Lines Only helped me understand my current issue and potential future issues. He also gave me some tips to keep the plumbing clean. Ashton cleaned the kitchen line, and all was fixed. I highly recommend them.

I recently bought a home and Sewer Lines Only was hired to replace the sewer line. While the initial rep, Cameron, was courteous, the experience went downhill fast. Cameron told me one version of the proposed solution and told the seller a different one. For example, he told the previous owner that a sump pump would need to be installed in the basement at additional cost — yet he never mentioned this to me at all. Even worse, their own operations manager understood yet another version of the plan. That means three different explanations for the exact same job — not reassuring when you’re trusting a company with major work on your home.

After weeks of delays, the operations manager had to come out personally just to clarify what the actual solution should be and direct the crew. The sewer line itself was installed correctly, but everything else was a disaster. They left big uneven piles of soil from where they dug one of the trenches that created a negative slope back toward the foundation because they couldn't be bothered to attempt to put the soil back to a manageable state. This is now a serious drainage and structural concern for my home and will now be an added cost for me to return back to its normal grade. Their crew left trash (food wrappers, bottles, pieces of cut PVC etc. scattered across my property). Their crew also splattered concrete and dirt across the house siding and all over the work area leaving quite the mess for me to clean up.

On top of that, the crew gouged up large sections of the concrete driveway while digging the trench, damaging perfectly good concrete that did not need to be disturbed. This unnecessary damage is the reason there are now more than eight different patches across the driveway.

The concrete patch work itself was very poor quality. It was done haphazardly leaving chunks, drips, and dried spillover all over the driveway — so uneven that it created dangerous trip hazards. The patching is already cracking because of the poor prep and materials. What's worse is that they argued with me on the finished product stating that the pour over dried concrete is, "normal". On top of everything that happened, that was very disappointing to hear because, it would've taken them a few minutes with a trowel to scrape up the concrete before it hardened all over the driveway.

Be advised: while they may get your sewer line in, they will leave your property severely scarred, trash throughout, and not clean up the mess they make across your property in the process. Expect to spend more money or DIY significant repairs just to return your home and yard to a condition that doesn’t compromise your foundation, drainage, personal safety, and longevity of your home. I would not hire them again.

I guess we got our sewer line replaced?! I say I guess because they completed 90% of the work while I was at work and the had it filled in the next day. My son also had the beta day ever watching these guys work all day with my husband so that was a bonus win!
You can barely tell anything was done!! We recently bought the home and worked with the sellers to get the sewer line replaced. We had three wildly different quotes from 3 companies. Sewer lines only was our choice because of the competency of the initial person we spoke to (I think his name was Aaron or Josh). He was very clear about what needed to be replaced and why. And he was able to validate and ease all of our concerns. He was also able to get us a very reasonable estimate add on the get the rest of the line replaced. So now we have an entire new sewer line and it was literally ZERO stress.
