We had a power surge that knocked out our mini split air conditioner. Todd was very proactive and extremely quick in diagnosing our problem and getting a new air conditioner installed with a minimum of downtime. He is very knowledgeable and always has time for questions. He is my go-to guy for any HVAC needs.

We called Todd when the original AC unit in our condo stopped blowing cool air. He came out on short notice and replaced a failing part. After the unit continued to fail Todd took the time to research that type of old unit and discovered the underlying issue. He was able to come out again and that did the trick! We are so grateful that he was able to fix the unit for us on such short notice. He was honest, communicative and he really took the time to get the job done correctly. Highly recommended!

I called Todd when our furnace wasn’t working and he came over to our house the same day and gave us a very honest opinion of what was going on. He wasn’t pushy in any way and didn’t try to sell us things that we didn’t need. Ultimately, we chose to have Todd replace our furnace and he did a great job and everything is working great. I want to give a huge shoutout to Ty from Temperature Needs for going above and beyond to help me in a really stressful moment. I had a flat tire this morning and was completely stuck at a Maverik in Littleton, CO. After trying—and failing—to change it myself, I was about to call a tow truck when Ty, who was also there for work, noticed I was struggling and came over to check on me.

Without hesitation, he offered to help. I had accidentally made the situation worse by letting the car fall off the jack with no spare on yet, and I couldn’t get the jack back under the car. Ty immediately jumped into action with the calmest, kindest attitude. He brought over a second jack and worked through the problem like a true pro, carefully and confidently getting my spare tire on and making sure everything was safe before I hit the road again.

What really stood out to me was how genuine and generous Ty was with his time and energy. He didn’t have to help—but he did, with a smile and a great attitude, and never once made me feel like a burden. He simply said he was glad he could help and happy I was safe. Then he got right back to work like it was nothing.

Todd and his son, Ty, have helped us for years with our furnace and AC. They are ALWAYS honest, punctual, and reasonably priced. We have even gotten free advice (over the phone) on multiple occasions, which has helped us fix the problem ourselves! Amazing!
