These guys were very helpful, friendly, responsive, and communicative! They diagnosed my issue, educated me, and referred me to get my AC repaired under its warranty.

We contracted with this company to install a new boiler and storage tank in May of 2021. We have called numerous times to get them to do the job they promised. Excuse after excuse all the time. I definitely would not recommend Todd or this company for any work. He does not return calls, does not show up and blames everything under the sun for not being able to complete the work as promised.

My "Eternal" died a surprisingly premature death, and Todd helped me squeeze its final BTUs out over the cold holidays. Then he replaced it with a beautiful unit that works way better than the fancy old one ever did. He's green-motivated and reasonably-priced. For the first time EVER in our 8.5 years in our 1923 bungalow, my daughter who occupies the coldest room says it's now "too hot"! Guess it's time to turn down the thermostat and save some energy - thanks so much, Todd!
