FANTASTIC! Quick and honest repair these guys are local here in Highlands Ranch and they replaced our capacitor in less than an hour roughly $300 with labor and we are good to go! I liked the initial call and scheduling then received repeated text messages, letting us know when they were arriving and when to expect them throughout the day!

I really appreciate Cormack and his team for fixing our AC issues. The system kept throwing odd electrical symptoms but they were able to track down the root cause and quickly made repairs. They were very professional and on-time. They’ll be my go-to from now on.

We’ve been using Mac’s for years for two different homes. Cormack and his team are always responsive and do great work. We recently replaced our furnace, AC, and water heater….plus we had our ducts cleaned and sealed. The process was easy and the home is now much cooler and efficient. They even noticed some screws in the dryer vent line (after work was done by someone else related to a basement remodel) and made the necessary changes to correct the issue and bring it up to code. Nothing but great things to say about this company.

The price was reasonable and their customer service was excellent with prompt responses to my questions and they were always on time. I appreciated that they are a smaller locally owned company who knows the value of putting in quality work and would highly recommended them!

I have used Mac's Maintenance several times and cannot say enough good words about them. Today, I called a bit after 9:00 am on a cold day about a furnace I thought was dead, and Carmack was at the house by 9:45! He diagnosed the problem, located the needed part, returned and installed it, all within a few hours. The house is toasty again! I will likely need to replace the furnace eventually, and would not even consider having anyone else do it!! Mac's is the BEST!

Mac’s Maintenance is quite honestly the best small business I have ever encountered. They install a great product at a fair price but that’s just where it begins. Any maintenance call I have ever made first started with some troubleshooting recommendations. Each time he was spot on and provides great recommendations (usually not at normal business hours) to fix our problem. I can’t recommend this team enough!

Javier and Cormac are amazing! I was recommended to these guys by a Lennox supplier. They told me these are the guys I would use if it was my house. I called them up and I would 100% agree. They came out the next day, switched out my system and got it up and running. Their prices were super reasonable. They were quite a bit lower than the other quotes that I received. They focused on giving us the best product and service we could get for the price and didn't try to manipulate us into something we DIDN'T need. All the others tried to lock us into what worked best for THEM. Mac's Maintenance had the expertise we needed along with the best product offerings at the best price. They gave us options! We were able to choose each option that worked best for us. Knowing what we know now, we would have paid more just to have Mac's Maintenance do it right the first time!
