I highly recommend Duke. Our heater stopped working. He came out & checked the furnace. He explained everything he was doing & showed us what was wrong. We ended up needing a new furnace. He brought it the next morning & put it in. Our heater now works better than before. Duke is a stand up guy & did great work! Thank you Duke for keeping my family warm.

Duke’s Heating and Cooling installed a furnace for us. Various issues came up during the installation and Duke made sure every single one was handled. The quality of the work was extremely high. His website says he has been in business one year but what it does not say is Duke worked for his cousin’s HVAC company for eleven years, including running the business for three years. I am impressed with that kind of honesty. I would gladly recommend this business to anyone.

Duke was extremely helpful - we had an older evaporative cooler and he not only did a thorough cleaning but replaced our line and our pads. He shared videos to show what we were working with at the moment and how the repairs would benefit the cooler. Furthermore, he is extremely knowledgeable and is a great guy!

My furnace stopped working when installing new thermostat. I was concerned with having no heat with incoming snow. Duke was very responsive and was able to come out the very next morning. He figured out the issue and fixed it quickly. Great customer service! Will definitely use again.

Theron did a quality job and the removal of my old coil plus attachments. Removed everything from furnace and made everything within brand new again. Finding quality service professionals can be very difficult in this market given all the growth in the Denver market. The Duke's team was incredible on time to value, getting me scheduled quickly and providing clear and timely communication. I had tried getting three other companies out to no avail over the past few months and finally got connected with Duke's and they had me scheduled and project completed within the week. The team was very professional, helped educate me on what work was being done even during installation so that I could trouble shoot in the future if needed, and I felt were very fair on price. Will definitely be using Duke's in the future for all of my HVAC needs!

My nearly new air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working, I called dukes on a Sunday and for a small extra fee luis came out right away. The issue was a coolant leak and required the coils in our unit to be thawed out for a diagnostic. It was 95 degrees out and the thawing would take 24 hours. Knowing we had a baby at home, Duke himself brought us a portable window unit to keep us cool until they could do a full diagnostic. Theron did the diagnostic and was very thorough, he took his time and tested every possible source of the leak. He fixed every possible source and tested the pressure after as well to make sure it was fixed. Our unit is now on working better than the day it was first installed! Thank you Luis, Duke, and especially Theron for the top notch service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was referred to Duke's Heating and Cooling by a friend that has used them in the past with good results and I have to say it was an accurate referral. We had a great experience and Duke went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He was fast, efficient, and explained every detail of the job to fix a broken system. He made sure I was comfortable with every step, including the price, and also provided great tips on how to maintain the system, given some specific aspects of the model and initial installation. The company has been a great resource for years and Duke made the experience even better!

Duke came in, got right to business. He didn’t pull no funky stuff got us looking right with the furnace and a flame sensor. We’ll for sure be going to him for more things in the future.

We had a great experience with this company. Our furnace gave out at 9pm and they were able to come that night to diagnose the issue. They were competitive in pricing and were able to install a new furnace the next day. Very friendly staff, highly recommend!

Duke, Louis, Kenney, Theron and Juan all did a fantastic job. Louis quickly and properly diagnosed the issue with my old unit and provided some multiple options on repair/replacement while very clearly explaining the issues at hand. I decided to go with replacing both the AC and Furnace. Kenney and Theron both installed the new unit just a couple days later with no issues. Duke and Juan came for one final check and tune up. I'm very happy to be in a cooled house during this summer heat!

Duke initially installed my air conditioning. When I called because our conditioner wasn't working properly he said he would come the next day between. Theron, his employee, was there by 9AM the next morning. Duke came a few minutes later. They found a resolution and completed the work by 11AM. This is typical of Dukes's Heating and Cooling. His employees are experienced and always come on time. Duke is very hands on and comes to check on the project

The scheduled appointment was not kept by Dukes; however, they came the next morning and deducted $50 from the bill. The technician, Louis Hernandez, was very nice. He winterized our swamp cooler and even cleaned some leaves from the gutter while he was on the roof. I was very happy with his service, and I will use Duke's again.

Terrible experience with Dukes. AC had no power. I was charged $450 for them to re wire and fix the issue . My AC turned on now but wouldn’t turn off less I hit the main breaker switch. Dukes came back out weeks later after I continuously bugged them . Now my AC goes on and off but won’t turn off when the desired temp is hit. I was told by the tech he did not know what else to do. Wasted my money I would highly recommend calling a more reputable company larger in size with ownership willing to make things right for the customer .

As a custom cabinetmaker working in the trades for 25 years I cannot appreciate enough a company and its technicians who actually take great pride in their work, are friendly, professional and work their butts off. I never saw them on their phones for anything but a call to the boss. I was impressed Louis, our service technician, was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our house cool once again. He was extremely knowledgeable and upfront about everything he was doing and why. He even made several trips into our attic during high 90's temperature over 2 days just to be sure everything was as it should be despite a little heat exhaustion. Duke, the owner, scheduled us for the next morning when we called as my Mom with Dementia lives with us. All pricing was explained up front with no hidden additional costs and straightforward explanations. Its nice to see that they old honest way of doing business and providing great service isn't dead. Duke and team did a great job! We reached out to them in an emergency. Our furnace broke down at night during one of the coldest nights of the year (-10 degrees). Duke and his team were able to replace our furnace the next morning! All the other companies we called had at least a 5 day wait. Their pricing was also really competitive. All around a great experience as a customer.
