Mike, Peyton, and Joseph did a professional and stellar job installing my new Fujitsu Ductless A/C and Heat pump. Now I can actually sleep at night when it is hot, and heat colder rooms in my home during the winter months.

They also were quick to assist with getting the system operating efficiently and we are very happy with the end result! I absolutely love their services and will recommend them in the future.

This is my second time using services at Jim Needham (this time for plumbing) and it was exceptional, exactly like the first time! I immeditely felt comfortable with Darion- he was fantastic in explaining everything through the appointment and making sure he was transparent with all costs and services to be provided. I will not hesitate to request Darion again for plumbing services since it was such a great experience. It's rare to find an honest company with honest workers these days and that seems to be exactly what this company is!

He explained exactly what was wrong with my shower water pressure, outlining the different options that we had to fix the problem. He even ran to Home Depot to get a few parts for me to ensure the job got done today (in freezing cold weather might I add)! Tony Medina was fantastic, super kind and knowledgeable. He was able to identify our problem right away. He gave us a really reasonable price for the issue at hand and then worked diligently until almost 8pm to insure that our issue was fixed and cleared up before leaving for the night.
