Dukes Heating and AC, what can a guy say except thank you!!! They are the best. We had a huge water upstairs leak ruined so much of our home, we found them on google and wanted a quote. We had a total of 3 quotes. Duke’s came by, told me about my problems, in more detail and clarity than the other guys!! Then beat everyone’s prices and did the absolute best job anyone could ask for!!! Fixed our leaking AC unit refilled refrigerant, blows cold!! Then all kinds of problems with our ducts and our furnace, easily fixed all those too!!! They even went on to fix the tankless water heater!! Cannot say enough about this team! Pictures below show before and after. I am supremely pleased with Dukes!! 5/5 stars all day

Duke sold us a mini split unit in October 2023. It cost over $20,000. The unit did not work. We asked for months for Duke to fix it but he would make excuses every time. After about a year we finally found out that he did not install it correctly. He has never had any training on LG equipment. And does not have the tools to even diagnose the equipment or make sure it is running properly. The LG started freezing in the attic, then the water would run down our walls when it would thaw. It caused extensive damage to our home. As you can see in the text from Duke, he asked us to have a different company fix the unit as he didn't have the tools to do it. As of today (March 2025) Duke has still not paid us for the repairs to the unit nor has he paid for repairing the water damage or any other losses that he caused. .... Our invoice also shows that the unit came with a 10 year warranty. Duke was not able to provide the warranty as promised. We had to purchase a separate warranty that cost us over $900. Duke agreed to reimburse us for that as well and still hasn't done that either.

After a quick call, the technician arrived promptly and carefully dismantled my old A/C system. Their professionalism and attention to detail left me impressed, and everything was tidied up within an hour. Highly recommended!

The technicians arrived on time, were friendly ,polite and honest. They explained to me what they were going to do and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job and their charges were very fair.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I was told I had a confirmed appointment so I didn’t have a back up plan knowing the heat is an issue this weekend. Our AC units have been down. Not only did they not show, there was no call. I see the great reviews and maybe this is a one off. However, a one star is warranted for this circumstance.

“tech Eric went out to his location and told him he needs new coils and was trying to get his card information and bill him for $10000“ this is the subject line for an email they sent me after Eric came out. It is completely accurate too, the tech Eric was trying everything to get card information for a bill of $10,000 because “we need everything replaced”. He said it’s $10,000 if you do it today after today it’s going to be $12,000. After getting a second opinion from a trusted source, he was able to find the issue and solve it and said everything looked alright. I would not recommend these people, they’re more worried about selling than actually solving the problem. 0/5.

Long Tree HVAC Pros came out to service my AC on Memorial Day weekend when I couldn't get anyone else out. We even had a maintenance agreement with another local company which was supposed to ensure priority service in these situations but they couldn't come out for several days.
