This is the second time we’ve called Jim Needham for plumbing needs and both times we’ve been very happy about the service provided. . . honest and fair. Justin did an amazing job and was super helpful. Excellent trouble shooting skills to save me lots of money! He even helped me pick a Watersense toilet to ensure the 1:1 ratio for the water saving rebate. I was able to reschedule for installation directly with him also saving me time. Super happy!

Ross and IAN were super helpful in getting my sewer line and waterline replaced. I had many different contractors come out Ross and Ian were the only ones that took time to sit down with me. Explain to me the total and complete picture. Give me multiple options and see it through to the end.

We had an urgent plumbing emergency this weekend when a toilet valve suddenly broke, flooding our bathroom and leaking into the basement. We called Jim Needham Plumbing and were incredibly impressed by their quick response—Darion Sanchez arrived at our home within the hour. The company kept us updated with texts, including a photo and bio of Darion before he arrived, which gave us peace of mind.

Darion was professional, kind, and efficient. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained everything clearly, and had the issue resolved quickly. His calm demeanor and expertise turned a stressful situation into a smooth, reassuring experience. We are so grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to call Jim Needham Plumbing again.

Price gouging like crazy. Don’t call this company if you don’t know better, because they will take advantage of you. Don’t call this company if you do know better because they will waste your time. Do call this company if you know better, are extremely bored and want a good laugh.

I want to recognize Ricardo I can’t say enough good things about him! He had a great attitude and made me feel confident and comfortable that he could get the job right and did just that. Works fast, very respectful, communicates excellently, overall awesome guy!

Price gouging is rampant in the service industry because YOU the consumer almost never knows any better. I do know better. Because I’ve been in the industry for 20 years. The only reason I called this company was because I was in a bind and needed a repair quickly. I was quoted $800 for a $83 part and 1.5hr of labor. Absolutely not. Good bye. Good thing I got them to waive the $50 bid fee just to come out when I scheduled. Predatory pricing because most people don’t know any better. Disgusting. Make sure you aren’t getting ripped off folks.
Update: I got another plumber to do this job for $300 out the door. For context that’s $500 less than I was quoted.

I had a great experience with Jim Needham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Drains. From the moment I called, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. They explained everything clearly, the technician showed up on time, and did quality work without cutting corners. It’s clear they take pride in their service and truly care about their customers. Whether it’s heating, cooling, plumbing, or drain work, you can count on them to get the job done right. Highly recommend!

They did some plumbing work for us and replaced the valves on two toilets. They didn't do one of them right and had to come back and fix it. And they didn't fix the lever at all so I had to buy a new lever and do it myself. They looked at third toilet and said it was fine but there was an issue with the valve on that one and they had to come back to replace it.

Ryan and Ian were prompt, extremely professional and were able to complete the work in a few minutes. Would recommend!

Justin did amazing!! I got a text they were in the neighborhood today offering me a discount since they were saving on gas. Saved me the extra headache of scheduling for the future and he got the job done great. Cleaned everything up perfectly and was nothing but kind!

Bucky came today and was incredibly helpful explaining the problems and options with our furnace. He also answered all of my questions. We really appreciate him and his help!

Mario did a great job working on our hot water heater. He was very nice, professional, and did a great job explaining all aspects. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise.

Tyler S. was literally a life saver today. I called because my furnace was making a strange noise. That ended up being a minor issue, with the major issue being that the exhaust pipe was loose and not connected to the furnace - not what I was calling about but could have ended badly if it had remained unnoticed. Thankfully he saw it and got it fixed. Thank you Tyler!
