this company is fantastic! my husband and i have been using their ac repair and maintenance services for years in littleton. they come regularly for preventative maintenance, which has definitely helped us save money over time. every visit, they check both our furnace and air conditioning, changing filters and replacing any parts if needed. the service is absolutely worth the price, and we even have them take care of our rental properties. the technicians are very skilled and knowledgeable. bryson was the technician who came by this morning for our furnace and ac check. he was super friendly and took the time to explain a rebate program to us, even helping us fill out the paperwork. you can tell he really enjoys his work and knows a lot about hvac systems. we feel lucky to have such dedicated people taking care of our ac and heating needs. great job bryson!

i met with preston for a furnace repair consultation, and he's a really friendly, awesome guy! i can't really comment on prices for a full furnace replacement since i don't have anything to compare it to, but so far, everything seemed reasonable. preston's professionalism was excellent during our first meeting. we decided to move forward with their team because the pricing was definitely fair. the technicians who handled the installation were very friendly, professional, and made sure to keep everything clean. they finished the furnace repair and installation in about 4 hours, which was great—though my dogs kept trying to 'help' them out. the team also helped me set up the smart thermostat app and showed me how to use it, which was super helpful. i got a call from their office the night before, letting me know they were waiting for one last part, and as soon as it arrived in the morning, they came right out to littleton and got started. they handled everything quickly and efficiently. overall, it was a great experience and i would definitely recommend them for furnace repairs or new installations!

I can't say enough good things about PureComfort Heating, Air & Electric. I hadn’t called them before since my old HVAC units lasted a long time, but when problems started, I reached out. Bryson came out twice to check the system and ended up replacing the capacitors at a very reasonable price. He was friendly and professional each time. My two units had definitely reached the end of their lifespan, so we decided to get a quote here and from another company. We ended up choosing PureComfort, and it was the right decision. Both of my AC units were replaced with a new heat pump setup. One was installed on Friday, and the other was done the next business day. I felt comfortable giving them access to my garage, and they took care of everything. The installation and clean-up were done so well, you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Great service!! Highly recommended. Responded the same day to inspect the issue and give an estimate (Thanks Alex!). In less than two days we had a new furnace at a reasonable price. Installation was smooth with great people who explained everything. Transparent billing - honesty and integrity the whole way. They also tested the system after which showed another service company did not identify the issue. The other service company told us we had a leak (refrigerant would be $110 / pound or $1,100) and it would be $3000 plus repairs to find a leak.
