The heating in my house went out during the holidays and Alex was quick to take my call and dropped everything to help me. He had the problem solved in about ten minutes and saved me a very cold night or two. He was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and obviously very helpful. He’ll be the first person I call or recommend if any needs arise in the future.

The process from initial visit for estimate, setting installation date, install and wrap up were seamless and prompt. The four man crew were courteous, hard working and did a great job. Josh Mecham who walked me through how the system worked and answered my many questions was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend PS Cool Heat.

I had complete HVAC system replacement including a new humidifier and thermostat done by PS Cool Heat. They had a competive price and the installation team was professional, neat, and courteous. Team that came had specialist for furnace, A/C, and metal fabrication. After the install, I had an issue with the humidifier. Called for service and tech was there within a day. Identified the issue and required a part to be ordered. Once part came in, tech was there the same day and fixed my issue in 30 minutes. Highly recommend them.

Alex and his team do fantastic work at a great price! Have had them replace our furnace and install a whole house humidifier and the work was professionally done at about half the cost of anyone else. They are always responsive and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service, speedy installation, great brand name products available. Seven workers showed up and installed our furnace and air conditioner in four hours. They all worked as a well oiled machine. Josh, the product manager was great. He came over within 1 hour of my call to give us the estimate and ordered the parts for installation the following day. He also was very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this company - we had them come out to give us a second opinion, another company was trying to charge us $10,000 because our heat wasn’t working. PS came our same day, checked everything, was very honest and got our heat working within 10 minutes of being in our home. Our tech was kind, precise and saved the day. Highly recommend!

Vlad and Alex Jr. installed a humidifier in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing.
What stood out most was how honest and straightforward they were. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the installation was done cleanly and properly.

Alex was the only honest bid I got to refill my refrigerant on a really old AC unit to get it through the fall (other quotes: $3K for the refill, Alex was $700)--and the others were trying to make the "upgrade to a new AC" seem more palatable (a terrible practice for sure). Not Alex! He got us through the warm fall and in the winter, we asked him to replace that broken AC with a high efficiency heat pump, and it was the best price around, plus we get rebates that Alex helped fill out for us. Job done in a day by a professional crew. Highly recommended.

Everything from the scheduling, to communication, to the work done was great! Pavel was in and out in a good amount of time and even helped catch a leak in our water shut off valve. The water heater and all connections look fantastic. Thank you PS Cool Heat!

Had to have my furnace and main floor ac replaced. Not an expense most home owners like to hear. After multiple repairs by PS Cool Heat it was time. They came in had all the repairs done in a day. The team was very thorough and professional with the installation. Highly recommended if you need anything done with your HVAC system!

Jim was very professional and all around nice person. He did a maintenance check of my furnace to make sure it was running properly.. JC Mechanical is a family owned company and Jim's son is just as professional. Jim's son and a coworker installed a new AC unit for me in June. I absolutely love the service I have received and would recommend them to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!

We had jc mechanical handle our hvac repairs when we moved out of our old location. When I first spoke with Alex she informed me that the inspection would be $99. That if we got the recomended repairs that $99 would be deducted from the cost of repairs. After rescheduling once the technician arrived the following day. I then received a call from Alex letting me know the inspection would be $398 cause it was larger than expected. Things happen so I said no big deal let's get it done. They then inspected and quoted $1896. Alex once again assured me that the inspection cost would come out of the repairs so we paid for half the repairs up front and the inspection costs. After getting scheduled it took 2 days to complete the repairs. Then jc mechanical charged the card for the full amount and inspection Meaning we paid $2294 for a job that only costs $1896. When I first called called to see what happened Alex apologized and said she would look into it. Then when i called again I was told we would have had to get the repairs done same day for the inspection refund to apply. I then called again a few days later to make sure there was nothing that could be done and was hung up on. Why would a company jeopardize thier reputation over $400?

In my experience jc mechanical were unethical. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I wanted to take a moment and thank Jimmie C. from JC Mechanical for the exceptional job on the installation of my new A/C system in my house. I also want to thank Jimmie for finding the problem and knowing how to correct it. Every step of the process was handled in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Upon first meeting with Jimmie, his willingness to explain all the details and answer my needs and concerns were met. He was both knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I was very impressed with the smooth process of completing the installation. Jimmie is fantastic!!! He was friendly and very skilled; as was evident in the quality of the work. I look forward to a continued relationship with JC Mechanical. I highly recommend!

My AC being installed by Jim senior and Jim junior in 2020 . My info in the JC mechanical company and I did follow these guys from one company to another My unit is under warranty. I have no problem with technician who came to check AC .Unit needs to be cleaned and required part to replace faulty one ( I assume part still under warranty) .But it was NO offer to repair AC and to schedule another appointment instead it was offer to by various !!!maintenance plans !!! cheapest of them stars $800 . That’s it the company policy and direction :”DOES NOT FIX( for few hundred dollars) ! SELL EXPENSIVE MAINTENANCE PLANS!
From now on I have to stay away from the company and retrieve all positive feedbacks and explain others that company is not good anymore.

Seth was fantastic! I called the morning of and they were able to come inspect our unit the same day. Seth was professional, prompt, communicative, and fixed our issue the same day! He even stayed later into the evening to address our issue. I will definitely only be calling JC anytime we have a heating or cooling issue!

True professionals! They were able to get to our house within 24 hours of our call. Upon arrival Jim was friendly, detailed and thorough. He showed us everything he saw and took the time to explain what was wrong. He offered a solution and promised the work would be done as quickly as possible. He followed through and we could not be more pleased. The work done was clean, professional and precise. He treated our house like his own. We appreciated Jim and his son’s hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone. We will be customers for life!

JC Mechanical, LLC replaced our furnace and installed air conditioning in our home on 3/31/21. Jim (Dad) and Jim (Son) exceeded all expectations. Their quality of workmanship is excellent. Every detail was taken care of and their customer service is the best I’ve ever received. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work on time. Very professional throughout the process. My husband and I are so pleased with the service they provided and would highly recommend them for any HVAC work. We are looking forward to the summer temperatures and using our new air conditioner. Thank you Jim and Jim!

Bronson came out and preformed a one year maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. He was on time and very thorough. Excellent customer service once again.

Nixon was amazing. Our heater went out on a 12° day. He arrived quickly and was very courteous. He wore his boot covers, even though we told him it was no big deal.
