Always so thorough and kind! Found the littlest things for us to keep an eye on even in a pretty new home. Miguel is pretty great at what he does!

Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable and offered very helpful information. Great service on our central humidifying unit.

Rodney provided an excellent furnace tune up offering tips for better upkeep and some suggestions for better air quality moving forward.

Zach did an aqesome job. He was punctual and respectful. I was having a meeting when he arrived and he quietly just did all his stuff quietly. When I was done and asked a lot of questions, he answered them and tried to explain them to me in layman's terms. He replaced a broken part at no charge at all and also gladly inspected all other things I asked if he could take a look at even though it was not part of routine. He has photos of everything before and after the service. He had a list of recommendations and quotes for me but did not hard sell me on anything. There are no surprise costs. Just excellent customer service and upfront pricing. I will definitely have them back for all my hvac and plumbing concerns.

Rodney Sanisteven arrived promptly and immediately began to problem solve my heat pump issue. Of all the service people I've had from Swan, he was the friendliest, the most interested in listening to me and most willing to explain the function of the heat pump.

Cody and Aiden did a great job! Installed a new garbage disposal in no time! Very personable, and efficient.

Could not repair our humidifier due to a technician who did not have the expertise. Note they sent two techs. Indicated they need to send someone else. We will not be using Swan moving forward.

Kurt is very thorough and takes his time with every maintenance service. We appreciate having a designated technician who gets to know our hvac system and can see how it trends.

On December 1, 2025, Miguel Santiago from Swan performed whole house plumbing inspections on our home and our adjacent duplex unit. He was very professional, technically qualified, polite and personable. His thorough inspections revealed items that we need to address over time.

Miguel was extremely knowledgeable and he made sure that I understood all the results and findings during his visit! He was quick to answer the questions I asked and went above and beyond to check my understanding. I would highly recommend Miguel and Swan! I have been with Swan for more than 20 years and this is one of the best service experiences I have had. If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would! Thank you Swan for employing people that have pride and ownership in the job they perform! A shout out and thank you again to Miguel! When speaking to Swan please ask them about becoming a premium customer, today's service was free in my plan, doesn't get much better than that!
