We will only be working with Swan from now on. Here is why: My Mom's furnace started making a noise and she was worried something was wrong with it. A company that calls itself "Patriot" checked her furnace and told her the motors were worn out and she needed a whole new furnace installed. I called Swan for a second opinion and they sent a service technician to her house in Douglas County within a few hours. The Sawn tech, Rodney, quickly found the noise was caused by a loose filter bracket. He repaired it in a few minutes for no charge, other than the already agreed $99 service call. Calling Swan saved us $10,000 or more on an unnecessary complete system replacement.

Very professional! Great in explaining what needed to be done in either repairing or purchasing a new furnace. Easy going and very pleasant to talk to. Was referred to us by a prior customer and will recommend their service to others!!

Miguel performed an inspection and review of our plumbing system. He was very personable and thorough! He did a great job and left us a few issues to keep an eye on.

I had a plumbing issue my toilet was leaking. They showed up first thing this morning. Always respectful of my time by calling ahead to let me know how far out they are. They show up when they say they're gonna show up. He looks at the problem he fixed it everything was nice and neat and clean. I highly recommend Swan heating and plumbing. They've done a lot of work for me in this old home of mine.

Just had another service call performed by Swan Plumbing regarding my Lennox AC. Jason Dubose did a great job fixing a problem with my thermostat temperature reading about 3 degrees too high. Very fast and courteous service. Since I'm a member of their service plan there was no charge as usual. The Lennox system was installed by Swan and is under a 10 year warranty which is great peace of mind.

Miguel did our annual plumbing inspection today. He was thorough, professional and very courteous while he was here. Would recommend Swan and its membership to any home owners.

Seth was our technician today for our rescheduled furnace maintenance. He was promptly on time and took the time to show me what he was doing. I appreciated that very much and have a better understanding now of all that goes into the service.

As part of our annual membership, we had our annual inspection of our furnaces this afternoon. Jonathan Bielski, Who has serviced our air-conditioning units and furnaces a couple of times now is absolutely fantastic, a great communicator, and provides specific and direct information regarding the items that may need to be replaced in the future, And the items that he believes needs to be taken care of more quickly. Appreciate you, Jonathan!

Kurt is such a good service person! We had him last year and now this year. He really cares about his clients and we always feel like we've gotten great service for a great deal. So excited to have our ionizer: i can tell it's improving our air already!

Once again, great service from your plumbing technician Zach Freeman. Please pass him my thanks for a job well done. However, some constructive criticism.. Was time to wash the blower wheel of one of my furnaces. Job was done in less than an hour for a hefty charge of $461. Swan, you are putting yourselves out of market with these prices. You also quoted me the installation of a water softener which was more than $1,100 higher than your competitors. Of course I went outside of Swan. Your service is good BUT with these prices, most of us will not be able to afford you. Hope you can pay attention to this note.

Miguel was the technician that they sent out. He was wonderful! He was very helpful with answering all of my questions and patiently explained each step of the process that he was doing during the inspection. Great experience!

Miguel was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. He did a full home review of all of my home’s plumbing fixtures to make sure everything looked good. He had a few recommendations on how to clean residue from several faucets and it worked great! I am a member so the inspection is covered annually, which is nice.

Amazing, caring and skillful Technicians ( Nathan and Logan) came and solved a huge problem for us today. Took videos, explained everything throughly and helped us plan for the repairs. It was completed in a timely manor and we are very thankful for a job well done!!!

Hats off to this company and their employees. From the salesman (Ty) who walked us through the options for our furnace replacement to the team who dealt with the installation (Collin and Laine) and did an incredible job. Everyone was very professional. Collin and Laine did an amazing job communicating and answering all our questions and walking us through our new system. I would highly recommend this company!

Even though the technician Nathan did a fine job replacing the shower cartridge, I have to give a very bad review on the exorbitant charges and NO BREAK DOWNS just a flat charge of $457.00. Since I have a membership $115.00 were waived. So, without membership $572.00. That is so overpriced. How did they arrive at those charges?? I checked with other plumbers in the area and they are a lot less expensive. I even contacted Richard, plumbing supervisor, discussed the $457.00 charges, he was of no help. Also, noticed that there were no taxes included, (at least for the cartridge) since no itemization was listed. I have a membership and am strongly considering canceling. I did refer Swan to a friend and now am sorry I did.

The entire experience was excellent from the moment I called their receptionist. I had a very friendly and knowledgeable technician at my door the next day who did the work I needed for free and suggested a few improvements that I was putting off with a holiday discount offer that was half of what my old plumber (who was “too busy to help”) had quoted me!

I highly recommend Swan for urgent issues as well as general maintenance. Their receptionist and the technician were amazing, they were here to help the next day, and will be fixing other issues for me that I’ve been putting off addressing in under a week and for a fraction of the price of other quotes.

If you need plumbing or HVAC work done it’s time to stop surfing reviews and call Swam because they are the company you’ve been looking for to get your home back into shape.

We had a sink back up on a Friday, and were afraid we’d have to wait until Monday for service. But a very skilled and amiable technician, Spencer, was available and was here within an hour of our call. Great service and response time!

Spencer was very friendly and reassuring. It show empathy to my current situation. Even though he could not help with the issue, he offered to call a HVAC tech to take a look at the issue. Call has been scheduled. I will keep SWAN in mind for any plumbing needs.

Allen and Michael worked with us to get the price we needed and the quote we wanted. Laine, Ruben, Justin, and Collin came out to my house to install 2 new furnaces, AC units, and a water heater. They absolutely crushed it! Super professional, polite, knowledgeable, and their work was super clean. I really cannot recommend this company enough. They sell quality. They install quality. If I could go above 5 stars I would. Used to use Applewood. Can’t believe I didn’t use Swan sooner.

I received a free inspection. Miguel was on time, explained to me what he was doing and inspected every plumbing area of the home and even the attic! He was kind, professional, helpful and great with my dogs too. This was a great service that they offered to give me peace of mind.
