Swan repaired my failed AC unit this summer on one of the hottest days of the year while I was out of state. We did everything over the phone with the help of a neighbor. This fall I decided they should service my whole system which lead to upgrading everything to new units as everything was 25 years old. They credited me the entire amount I spent for service in the summer and I now have up to date, efficient equipment. Nathan, Alex, Laine and Collin were the most knowledgeable, professional, and respectful technicians I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend Swan for any HVAC or plumbing needs you may have.

The technician,Seth, was on time, professional, thorough and took time to explain everything he did. He answered all my questions and even taught me a little about how my system works. I originally had them out to clean the furnace they installed for me a few years ago. Seth gave me some recommendations on things needed to keep my furnace running like new, but I never felt pressured into anything. I definitely recommend SWAN.

Technician Raphaël arrived unexpectedly quick and was cleanly dressed, polite and very respectful. Almost immediately after I explained the situation to him he investigated and determined the problem was my furnace’s external recirculating pump. He was a very nice fellow and personable. If you have any HVAC problems I highly recommend you call Raphael, he earned my trust and typically I distrust most everyone!

Cody from Swan just completed troubleshooting and repair for our tankless hot water heater. Since we are Club members with Swan we were able to get scheduled quickly for the original visit and then subsequent visits. Cody spent a lot of time troubleshooting our system to determine the source of the problem which was ultimately related to other plumbing fixtures in the house (and not the tankless hot water heater). We are very grateful for the commitment from Cody and from Swan to address our concerns and make customer satisfaction a top priority.

After completing the job, he took the time to explain several things I can do to help extend the life of my furnace, which I really appreciated. He even replaced my furnace filter at no charge!

Miguel was fantastic! He arrived right on time, explained everything thoroughly, and kept me updated on his findings and recommendations throughout the visit. He even suggested repairs we could handle ourselves to save money, which I really appreciated. He was respectful, clean, quiet, and clearly knowledgeable in his work. He unclogged my shower within 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Miguel and Swan Plumbing to anyone!

Miguel was an absolute joy to work with. He was extremely professional, and very thorough in his analysis of my plumbing. He made thoughtful recommendations on what should attract my immediate attention. He also helped me prioritize things that could wait for a while also. All of the information I got was supported by pictures of my plumbing with a thorough analysis of any potential issues. Miguel was genuinely interested in my well-being, and did a fantastic job for me. I would give him six stars if I could. Swan is lucky to have such a fine representative of their company.

I highly recommend the Babcock Brothers. I have used them twice, once for an A/C install and and once for a furnace repair. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and they do excellent work. They're very nice guys and easy to work with as well. I would definitely give them a call and get a quote before you have any work done by anyone else.

Travis did an awesome job. I called and within 24 hours he was out, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed.

Pricing really stood out. I was charged just slightly more to diagnose and fix the problem than other companies wanted just to come out and look at it.

My unit is older, and I would have believed him if he said I needed a new one, but he didn’t. He fixed it without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.

Outstanding work

Had an issue with my A/C and left a voicemail after business hours. Got a call first thing the next morning and they showed up at noon. Great customer service.

Travis and Casey are wonderful! They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. Both times I have used them, I have been extremely satisfied!

A/C went out. Travis was able to come by the following day and replace the capacitor. Great service and very reasonable prices!

Babcock Brothers put great effort into solving our air conditioning issue. Casey and Russell were amazing to work with. This will be the only HVAC company I use from here on out.

I have an older system. I saw some strong referrals online. I called the number that was referred. I didn't leave a message, but Casey contacted me back. I was lucky that he was nearby, so he came and checked the system out, in a few minutes diagnosed it as likely an electrical issue, so he referred me, and could not have been a nicer or more professional guy. I highly recommend Babcock Brothers. They installed a new heating and air conditioning system in our house. They removed our old system and put the new one in in no time. Super professional and responsive!! I will be going to them for any future maintenance or installation in the future.

Babcock Brothers came out today to fix our A/C. They were quick to respond and kept us updated on their arrival. They inspected our unit, gave us feedback, problem solved. They were excellent. I highly recommend this business!

Travis showed up to fix a problem after hours and it took him no time at all to get out heat back up and running with a temp fix. Came back the next day with a permanent fix and all is well since. I mentioned that humidifier was not working. He trouble shot that as well and provided a recommendation. We orders the new part and he came back and installed the new humidifier in 30 minutes. We now have a permanent HVAC company that is reliable. I have been recommending Babcock Brothers to the neighborhood.

I recently lost my heater and knew given the age and problem that it was too expensive to repair and expect to last. I decided to replace the system knowing that day was coming soon but was trying to get it to Spring.

This was a few days before a major freeze was coming. Casey and Travis did not try to take advantage of me or the situation and came back with a really fair price that I researched thoroughly to verify. They also had to take care of a repair of the line set, but they didn't charge me more for it. This isn't the first time I have used these guys and won't be the last. They are really good guys.
