Babcock brothers were the best priced by far and were on time, fast and professional. Our AC didn’t work the best last year so we thought it was time to have it serviced by a professional. Travis found a small leak and repaired it. Already our unit is blowing 12 degrees colder than before he fixed it. We couldn’t be happier with them results!

I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could. Three other companies came out to provide quotes to replace my faltering AC unit. Each of those companies told me that I should replace my furnace at the same time (even though we’d had no issues with the furnace itself). One of the companies who provided a quote was the installer who works with the two big box home improvement stores. I regrettably gave in to their high pressure tactics and agreed to a full system replacement for $12,500 to be installed the next day.

Enter Babcock Brothers. They were supposed to come give me a quote on the day of my scheduled install from the big box stores’ contractor and thankfully I was able to delay the install. Casey still came out for the quote and told me that not only did my furnace not need replacing, but that Babcock Brothers could do the AC replacement for less than half of what I was going to spend with the other company for the full replacement.

Casey and his brother Travis came as scheduled the following week and had our new AC up and running before noon. They were always easy to communicate with no matter the method. If you want HVAC guys who will shoot you straight without all the BS of other companies, these are your guys.
