We had the pleasure of talking to Adam and Jeremy from Grizzly HVAC because of a mutual contact. Our furnace died completely and we needed an immediate replacement due to the freezing temperatures. Understanding our urgent need, Grizzly set up a next day install for us. Not only did they install the new Trane furnace, but also registered the furnace for us. Before departing, the install was tested and the thermostat was set for us. The house was left in great shape and they both were extremely professional. We are thrilled with the quality of the installation and grateful for Grizzly's help.

I called Jeremy on New Year’s Day to install a new dryer vent cover that was damaged and exposed. He was at my door within the hour and got a new one installed. He did great work and he is a very nice man and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Jeremy and his crew enough. Both of my furnaces needed to be replaced in the winter. I texted Jeremy and he immediately responded and was out at my house within hours. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He was immediately able to get me a very fair estimate and order equipment quickly. For the installation, the crew was clean and used booties and tarps. I felt confident that they were installing quality equipment and that if there were any questions that Jeremy would be available for follow up. Don’t hesitate to contact Grizzly. We had a great experience with Jeremy and his crew. They installed a mini split system for us at a much better price, with a less imposing footprint for the system, than the proposals we received from the big companies. There was also much better customer service, in that I knew I'd always be able to get in contact with Jeremy, and not have to play telephone through a technician, or talk to someone in an office who wasn't doing the work to get my questions answered. He and his team were very knowledgeable people, who cared about the quality of work that they were doing, and I would highly recommend them!

Jeremy responded quickly to my request for cleaning of my furnace boiler system, provided great advice and diagnostics of its health and how to manage it better and did a thorough cleaning. In addition was very friendly and communicative.

He explained that the work was much simpler than I’d been led to believe, and his pricing was very reasonable. Would give this business more than 5 stars. We are seniors and have called a few HVAC companies throughout the years for service for our older Burnham boiler. Called Jeremey at Grizzly. He didn't wait for hours to get back to us like many businesses do. It is obvious he takes pride in his work. He was very good at explaining everything he was going to do and answered all our questions. He also provided suggestions on what he felt the system needed to run more efficiently, but he didn't push. You won't find many techs who will tell you that they love their job and also love working on boilers in particular. Provides prices up front. Doesn't nickel and dime you. You just don't get this kind of service nowadays. At our age, we can tell you for a fact we are happy we found someone like Jeremey. We definitely will be calling him should our boiler system require service in the future.
