The folks at Littleton Heating & Air Conditioning were awesome. I was dreading having to deal with an HVAC contractor to replace our 40+ year furnace and do an AC install but instead I was pleasantly surprised. We were treated like family instead of being treated like just another job. I got two other quotes that were cheaper, but we made the right choice by going with Littleton H&AC. Attention to detail, and customer service that was on point. They made suggestions during their quote that the three other estimators never brought up.

We have our heating system for about 2 years now, and we always felt that the furnace was running too often and barely keeping up to heat the house when it was very cold outside.
When Derek came I explained this to him. He checked the entire system. He readjusted the furnace, increased the temperature of the outgoing air and also checked the temperature of the return air. He did a very diligent job, with the result our house feels warm, even at temperatures below 0. The running time of the furnace is decreased and we feel very comfortable.

I was so impressed by Littleton Heating and Air. After receiving a few estimates for a new heat pump and furnace, not only did LH&A come in competitively, but they were patient, explained our options, and worked around my tricky schedule. The install process went very smooth for both units, and I'm blown away at how well both units are working, especially the heat pump. This summer I've saved over a hundred dollars a month on electricity bills, the house is noticeably more consistently comfortable, and the heat pump is small and so quiet. I highly recommend LH&A, I'm very happy with our decision to go with them.

Littleton Plumbing and Heating updated our aging HVAC system this past spring. They provided a number of options and their pricing was competitive or below the other bids we received. The work was prompt, professional, and competed on-time and on-budget. The system has been operation for 3 months now and the difference is night and day. It’s incredibly quiet and has reduced our energy bills. As a licensed architect I would highly recommend them to other homeowners looking to upgrade or replace their systems.

Littleton Heating and Air went above and beyond our expectations! We decided to upgrade our 13 year old furnace and A/C for our two story home as we were finding the upstairs was hard to make comfortable. Derek recommended we go with a Daikin heat pump to manage our complaints and have a furnace as backup heat for the really cold winter days. We scheduled our install and we had our full system up in two days! Everyone on the job was really professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. We were kept informed of everything going on and provided with all the information we’d need for our system. Along with the new system, they adjusted our airflow to be better balanced. Derek’s recommendation did not disappoint and our home has been the most comfortable it has ever been. The system constantly moves the air around at a very low speed and helps remove all of the cold spots we used to have upstairs. Highly recommend anyone to go with them!

A very pleasant experience working with Littleton Heating and AC. I have lived in my home over 50 years and this will be my 3rd furnace and second AC system. The previous install quite a few years ago never lived up to expectations. Derek arrived on time and went over my entire system with me explaining the possible problems I had with the system he was looking at and was he right he described exactly the issues I had experienced with my current furnace and ac. Derek went over his recommendations for a system that would be superior to what I had. He went a step further to explain the changes in the industry that related to a superior product and detailed the installation procedure and related cost to improve my existing product. I liked what I saw and the explanations given including the cost. The price allowed me to upgrade to a much nicer system including the latest style thermostat and humidifier. The coordination between myself, Derek and Karen made the whole installation a breeze for me maybe not so much for them. I am now enjoying a HVAC that works like a dream and didn't break the bank. I am very happy to endorse Littleton Heating and AC and tell you that Derek is the best.

While getting estimates, I noticed others only wanted to replace the AC and furnace with similar units and didn’t have options when it came to humidifiers. What stood out during the estimate with Littleton Heating & Air is you are meeting with an actual technician, not a sales person. They evaluated our ENTIRE system, including how air ducts from the utility room could be reconfigured to allow for better air flow. No one else bothered to consider that. They offered higher seer AC units with multiple speeds that are more energy efficient and quiet. I liked the fact they are a local company offering personalized service and not a big chain. Their reputation is important to them and they stand by their work. They focused on the job taking all the time needed to do a thorough install. I am pleased with the results and know if I ever have an issue, they will be quick to respond.

We are happy to recommend Darek and the Team at Littleton Heating and Air Conditioning based on our multiple experiences with them providing complete & competitive proposals, quick responses, and high quality efficient products. Two years ago they replaced the gas furnace in a rental home we own when it failed on Christmas Day. They responded when called the next day, identified the problem, and had a new Daikin furnace installed quickly much to the relief of our tenants as it occurred during a cold spell.
A few months latter we were having problems with the gas furnace in our home. Their technician, Darek checked it out, found a loose wire connector that was causing this problem and showed me how to check/reset this connector myself.
Early last month we called Littleton Heating again to check our Furnace and Darek found a cracked heat exchanger. A replacement furnace was ordered that same day and installed the next day. Again, we have used Littleton Heating and Air Conditioning for several years and highly recommend them.

Absolutely thrilled with our new Air Conditioning! We've been in our home for nine years and were finally able to make this project happen.
