I had Michael replace my existing A/C unit because my old one failed. MIchael installed the new unit, inside and outside ones and everything worked as described. Here is the issue, 2 years later the A/C unit would not come on. Tried calling, left voice mail and e-mail and no reply, unit has a 10 year labor and 5 year parts warranty. I had to fix the unit myself, had a bad start capacitor for the compressor. Ever since the unit was installed, it rattled/vibrated, tried calling Michael several times again, left voice mail and e-mail, no response. Michael does good work, but then leaves you hanging if anything goes wrong.

I am very satisfied with their work. I called three different companies to fix my furnace and nobody did it. Finally, I contacted Heat Air Llc and Michael fix my furnace. He came to my home on time and performed a very good. I highly recommed this company. They are very honest and their prices are affordable.

Michael was prompt and professional. When my hot water heater stopped working, he fit me into his schedule and replaced it within a day. He also provided another great service within a week my heater stopped working. He came out at night and took care of my problem. Thanks again Michael!

I have used Michael for the third time now. I always had great experience with him. He just replaced AC unit for my rental on Saturday. I called and left a message on Friday last afternoon and he called me back on Saturday and was able get to my rental property on the same day and completely replace the AC unit on the same day. He keep me updated few time during the process, which is great. Take few pictures for me after diagnosis the issue and send me a picture after the replacement was done. He even trim my bush around the AC, so I don’t have to drive to the rental property today. I will call him when I have some future AC and furnace issue.

Had Michael and Luis install a furnace and get another running right. Great, friendly and quick service. I will use Heat Air again and I recommend them to others.

Michael was great. I had him install a new furnace and AC unit at the beginning of summer. His price was cheaper than everyone else for the same things. There was no pressure from him and he wasn't pushy just to try to make a sale. Was very up front about everything and very honest. Worked around my schedule and was very fast. I would deff recommend him to others.

My wife and I were in need of air conditioning after experiencing a failed swamp cooler system. After talking with our neighbors, we were referred to Michael. He was very responsive and came to our house to figure out what would work best. We are extremely happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone that is looking for great service at a fair price.

My AC stopped blowing cold air and all the big HVAC companies gave me outrageous quotes for fixing and recommended replacing my unit. My AC unit is a little old but still should have some life left in it. Luis came and let me know that the refrigerant was just low and was able to fill it up for a fraction of what I was quoted by other companies.

We moved to a new house less than a week ago to find the AC not working properly in 90+ degree weather. After phoning several HVAC companies who couldn't give us the time of day we were referred to Michael. He was quick to respond and was in working on the unit within an hour of our contacting him. Work was done properly and quickly. Michael explained everything he did very clearly. What a nice guy! The price was very reasonable and he did not charge extra for working into the evening. We have definitely found our "go to" HVAC service and highly recommend!

Wonderful experience with this company. Michael was not only able to get us on the schedule quickly, but arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He was able to attend to our concern quickly, and then went above and beyond expectations by thoroughly cleaning our fireplace, restoring it to near new condition. We had such a great experience with Michael when our AC was down on the hottest day of the year. After we called several other companies that were at least 5 days out, Michael was able to get us in the next day. He sent a text confirming he was on his way, showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Michael is responsive with fair pricing. He responded to two different emergencies I had, one was an AC repair and the second was a new furnace. I had Heat Air LLC replace my furnace and ac unit. They arrived on time and completed the job that day. The price was very fair and the work was professional. Did a great job of cleaning up and answering all my questions. I bought the system Michael recommended for reliability and quiet operation. The air conditioner is so quiet that we can now enjoy our patio.

Our AC was out for 3 days and no one would commit to a time. When I called Heat Air LLC at 4 pm on Tuesday, Michael was at my home within 20 minutes. He immediately made an assessment as to the cause, but it was too late in the day to obtain the new blower motor necessary. He was back the very next day exactly when he said he would with the new blower and quickly had it installed and up and running. I can't say enough about his professionalism, communication, knowledge and commitment to do exactly what he promised at a fair price. I can't say enough how thankful and grateful we are and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

We hired Heat Air and had a great experience. Michael was very responsive and Luis came by and did a great job with our furnace tune-up and humidifier installation. Even stayed late on his daughter's b-day to wrap things up. Very happy and recommend them!!

Best HVAC company ever. Michael and Luis are awesome and oddly enough they are usually the lowest price too. Scored a great deal on a new AC heat pump online and had 5 companies estimate installing it and all companies tried to sell me a bunch of upgrades i just didn't need. Michael and team came and knocked it out quickly and professionally. I've been hiring them over the past 5 years and have not been disappointed yet! Couldn't recommend enough.

Used them in an emergency and they were very responsive. The tech, Jeremiah was awesome. Knowledge, personable and very professional. Came earlier than they originally said they could which was a plus. Great communication throughout the whole process. Will definitely use them again.
