It was not fun news to hear that our newly purchased home needed an entirely new hvac system; however, since we have had nothing but great service from the team at Rock, we knew that the project would go off seamlessly and it did. They took on a huge project with professionalism, courtesy, and sincerity that I've come to expect from this family owned company. I would like to thank Em, your charisma is infectious, hope to see you next service. Brad, you couldn't have delivered the bad news any kinder and got us all set up quicker than we knew possible. Anthony and Fidel for teaching me about wiring. Mario and Carlos for giving us back hot water. And Jordan- thanks for always making me smile; with your entire team of awesome guys- Nathan, Erik, Micky, Xavier, and Jaheim- you guys went above and beyond. Hope to not see any of you guys for the next 20 years, but if I need you, I know you are there.

Austin and Alex were great. Austin came back the next day and installed a humidifier. Such a nice man. I will be requesting Austin to return for my twice a year maintenance. Thanks for being so friendly and professional.

The level of customer service and response is amazing! My new boiler system had a bit of a leak. I figured I’d need to wait, but Amy and the team had someone at the house within a day! The fix was easy and the tech was so helpful. Can’t say enough about the team at Rock.

My older furnace died during a cold snap in late October 2025 and Rock was the only place that was able to come out to help the same day. After some diagnostics, I came to the decision that it would be best to have a new system installed. Rock was able to come out next day to install a heat pump based system and did an absolutely fantastic job. Everyone from sales to the technicians was extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate. The new system just passed all inspections and has been running like a top. I would recommend Rock to anyone. Thank you so much!!

Steven and Caden arrived the same frigidly cold day that my furnace decided to break down. They were able to repair the immediate problem, a broken pump, and take a look at the furnace. Overall. It's an old one so I wanted to have some routine maintenance done just in case. They took lots of pictures and video and explain the process thoroughly pointing out all of their concerns with my furnace and making intelligent recommendations about next steps and my choices.

I will definitely use Rock, plumbing, heating and air conditioning again.

We recently had our heating and air system replaced by Rock and couldn’t be more satisfied. The sales team was attentive, accommodating, and truly listened to our needs. The Rock installation crew was professional, competent, and maintained a very clean work environment. They were excellent communicators and patiently answered all our questions. The company followed through on every commitment made during the sales process and stayed engaged throughout to ensure our satisfaction. Rock was diligent in addressing our punch list and made sure nothing was overlooked. We highly recommend them!

My 6 yr-old builder's grade kitchen faucet began leaking slowly. I found Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning the next day. Their technician, Devon Harris arrived promptly, as scheduled. He quickly found the issue after inspecting the system. He installed the new faucet, ensured the rest of the sink plumbing was in working order, and explained the warranty. Note: I provided the new faucet as there's a particular brand/model that I prefer.
Devon provided excellent customer service - professional, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and courteous. I highly recommend them for your plumbing requirements. They are a quality company with a wonderful & responsive office staff, technicians, and service. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with Rock will definitely use them in the future.

Revising my review up after speaking with Rock’s general manager, who took immediate action to rectify the situation. Rock clearly takes the customer experience seriously and they stand behind their work!

What I wrote previously:
It’s a racket. Or at least the monthly membership is. They essentially charge $40 a month for someone to come once a year, find problems in your system and then overcharge for the work. I had an in-warranty repair completed today. Had an estimate for two people to take a full day (8 hours) to replace cracked heat exchangers in two furnaces. Estimate was $4,753 for the labor to do the work. The actual work took less than 6 hours and less than two full-time equivalents. But they still charged me the full, estimated amount of $4,753. They might argue that my membership was already delivering a 15% discount off their full rates - but do they really expect me to believe those rates aren’t already marked up? And regardless, that’s the benefit I paid for with the membership and has nothing to do with gouging me on the labor cost for this repair. I’m canceling my membership and will never do business with them again.

I scheduled an appointment with Rock to have my furnace serviced, and my technician, Todd, was excellent. He performed a thorough tune-up, explained what was working well, what could be improved, and what maintenance should be done, all in a way that was easy to understand. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest and helpful service. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Jacob L. Installed water arrestors to solve a water hammering problem and cleaned up some drain issues. This was the second time that Jacob has done work for us, and both times he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional, as well as being very efficient. Jacob thoroughly explained each estimate and went through the work to be done before starting and reviewed the completed job to make sure that we were satisfied with the work before he left.

Fidel and Nick were just awesome!!!! They were both so knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. Fidel helped with our HVAC system and did great! He and his team were so proficient and extremely professional. Fidel and Nick came back to do some general electrical work and did an absolutely great job. We will totally call Rock back for all of our electrical needs. We will specifically ask for Fidel and Nick. Thank you so much, Fidel and Nick!!!!!

Fidel was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He installed a GFI associated with a larger construction project and was very personable and patient as we asked questions to fully understand all the details associated with his work. I appreciated his professionalism and would gladly call on him for any electrical project in the future.

Rock Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning recently installed an awesome Bryant air conditioner and furnace. I had several bids and Rock Plumbing were the only one who could clearly communicate precisely what would be installed (e.g., new return box, etc.), when it would be and any permitting concerns. They also came in at the right price. They were able to schedule me right away and promptly showed up on time and very cleanly and neatly install my new unit. They showed up with a smile and you can tell they enjoy their work and were happy to be here! They performed the task very professionally and efficiently - keeping me in the loop as to the progress. ELJay, Antonio, Dom, Jordan and Brad did an impeccable job. I could not be happier. After the install they took time to show me how to operate the new really cool thermostat! The unit is awesome and working great. Their follow up with paper work and next steps with permitting was very welcomed and professional. These guys know what they are doing. Hire them - you will not go wrong!

The guys that came out did an excellent job installing my new furnace, AC unit and thermostat. Would definitely work with this company again. Everybody was very professional and the installers explained the new system to me very well.

You hope you never need a plumber, and when you do, Santiago at Rock Plumbing is who you want to show up. He was so kind, responsive, and trustworthy. He is a clear communicator and answered every question throughly and respectfully. He made such a positive impression on my kids and their grandma. I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends!

Jake was very friendly, and explained what was wrong with my furnace in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed it quickly and told me some things I could do to keep my furnace happy! So glad he was here!

Steven and Carey came by and fixed our old heating furnace by replacing a motor part. They were on time, very professional, and they laid out our options clearly. They really did a great job!

We had a fantastic experience with the Rock team. As renters, it was really frustrating to deal with major electrical issues, but Nick, Fidel, Haley and Ricky were great at communicating as much as possible, being very respectful of our home and our schedules, and overall addressing all the repairs seamlessly. I was very pleased with Erik's work. He clearly explained what he was doing to install a new heat pump system and what I should do afterwards to keep the system working perfectly. He communicated well with his team and they worked as a cohesive unit. They stayed until the job was done which was well after 6 PM.

Steven was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem, knew how to fix the heater. He went to get the needed parts and installed them. Heater works like new now. Steven did a great job! I would recommend him or Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air too anyone!

Ricky and Nick were spectacular! They did such a thorough job and resolved my problem that I have had for 3+ years after my remodel. They did an excellent job from the first call to Rock to finishing the job. Thank you Rock, Ricky and Nick!
