Alex and Steven came to do the yearly furnace check up I have with my club membership with Rock. They arrived right on time, were very thorough, and explained everything they saw while providing me with an estimate with cost savings. They were great and I was totally comfortable having them in my house while alone. They even asked before they used the restroom. They were so professional and kind and went above and beyond! Just another reason why we have a club membership with Rock!!!

I’d like to sincerely thank Santiago and his team for their outstanding work on a major plumbing project at my home. Santiago’s experience was evident right away. He quickly identified that our outgoing pipe system had collapsed due to age and clearly explained what was going on every step of the way. He took the time to make sure we understood the situation and our options, which we really appreciated. His team worked efficiently and professionally, and within just a couple of days we had a brand-new plumbing system up and running. Needed to have my furnace serviced and Austin was terrific to work with. Austin showed me what was happening, fixed it and showed me things to keep an eye out for. Would totally recommend their service, they communicated and follow up to make sure I was satisfied.

About a week ago, our furnace stopped working on a chilly morning while we had guests staying with us for the weekend (perfect timing of course). We called several companies and Rock was the only one that could get a technician out quickly. Within 3 hours, our technician, Austin, had us up and running with heat again. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and recommended some great options to replace our 26 year old system.

Fast forward about 10 days and we now have a brand new furnace, heat pump, water heater and humidifier - all for a a very competitive price! Our installation team (Mickey, Ramin, Xavier, Nick, Cesar, and a few others) were punctual, friendly, and got the entire replacement done in 10 hours. They also cleaned up after themselves and stayed to make sure I knew how to use and maintain all of the equipment. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We recently had Justin S. out to do some necessary repairs in our home. He was fabulous! We brought him back to do another repair the following day because we were impressed with him and the quality of work. While we don't love having to repair things, it is nice to know who we will call when the time arises. Thank you Justin - appreciate your help!

We found Rock Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical because, out of 14 plumbers that my fiancé called online, Rock was the only one who had and actual human on the line instead of a call system. Ally was incredibly communicative and we were even given a tracking link so we could see where our technician, Donavan was on the road and when to expect him. Donavan was respectful and did great due diligence in making sure our issue was fixed. There was no pressure to sign up with a membership right then and there but we enjoyed our experience THAT much that we joined the Rock Comfort Club! Thank you Donavan and Ally!

I woke up this morning quite cold. Upstairs furnace went out overnight. 8 degrees outside….all in all not the most fun morning. Did some troubleshooting in the attic on my own and narrowed it down to what I thought was wrong but it was beyond my capabilities. Called “Rock” and they were absolutely wonderful over the phone and got me on the schedule for the same day (today is a Saturday). Steven arrived on time, professional in appearance and listened to all of my troubleshooting to get an idea of what was wrong. I would like to add that as a woman, very often they don’t want to hear what I have to say but I didn’t catch even a whiff of misogyny from him which was honestly super refreshing. After he went up himself he told me I was correct, the problem was the igniter. He had to go to Denver and get the part but did so in a reasonable amount of time, came back, installed the new igniter and then tested the rest of the system to make sure it was working properly. Tested the air vents too. Super thorough. I’ve had less than great experiences with multiple other HVAC companies in the area over the years and this company was by far the best from the CSR to the tech, Steven. I thought the pricing was fair and reasonable for an emergency call on a Saturday during a cold snap as well. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

I was out of town and my condo wasn't heating. A neighbor recommended Rock Plumbing & Heating so I visited their website first to learn more about them. I was hesitant to call because I had so many things to say and used their chat system to explain my problem and that I was out of town. Their chat system is excellent! The best I've ever used on any website. After they finished asking me questions, they said someone from the office would call and within 5 minutes, someone called and had the complete transcript of my situation. An appointment was made at my convenience, I was able to have someone unlock the condo, Austin called me when he arrived and then after he diagnosed and explained the problem. This was my first time dealing with them and it had to have been one of the best experiences given all the years with other companies at other places. I signed up for their club membership. I trust them if something happens and I am away and I feel reassured that if I need someone for a plumbing, heating or a/c problem, I have them to call. Billing was easy, done over the phone and an invoice sent to my email. Someone called after Austin had left to see if everything was all right with the service. Yes, I highly recommend this company.

Was a club member with Rock and was unable to attend the annual furnace maintenance and plumbing inspection in person for our townhome. Received a call from the HVAC tech saying the furnace blower motor had a severe oil leak and needed to be replaced ($1,000 repair). I stated I would inspect when I got home before making a decision. Plumber called later and had 6 items he wanted to service from an inoperative hose bib ($1,200 repair) to a leak from the main clean out cap ($175 to unscrew, clean and screw back on). He wanted to open the basement ceiling drywall to replaced the hose bib from the inside. I told him to also hold off until I got home to inspect myself before making a decision and to reseal the main clean out myself. When I got home there was no sign of a leak from the main clean out and the area was dry, the hose bib was working perfectly, and I saw no evidence of an oil leak from the blower motor. Other unneeded repairs were suggested as precautionary. Beware of upselling on unneeded repairs!

Rock Plumbing and Heating sent out Donovan and Ramin to service my furnace and they did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, were professional from start to finish, and took time to explain their findings clearly. The work was thorough, efficient, and left me feeling confident everything was in great shape. Highly recommend this team!

From beginning to end, everyone at Rock Plumbing made the installation of my chandeliers and scone so easy!! Brady was great getting everything scheduled and Ally was great letting me know when the technician would arrive. Nick and Ricky did a great job installing my chandelier in a cramped space and a very high ceiling! They made sure everything worked properly, answered my questions and cleaned everything up! It was a great experience all around!!!!!
