We honestly didn't shop around too much. We met with one other firm and then Brian, Josh and Tim from Green. After that meeting, it didn't take long to decide to hire the Green team. Tim was our main contact throughout the design and installation phase.

Green worked with us to satisfy not only our desires but to accommodate an HOA committee that doesn't know a lot about landscaping (that's another story). We moved in late fall of 2021 to a new home and were hoping we'd get an early start in the spring. But thanks to some nice late fall mild weather and the Green team, an army of landscapers descended onto our property days after we moved in, and within a month, the majority of the work was complete. Once spring rolled around, the army returned, and by the end of May, 2022, our project was pretty much complete.

We've received a number of compliments from our neighbors about not only the landscaping but also the speed with which it was completed. The material, from the stone to the plantings to the irrigation equipment is top notch, and the craftsmanship is second to none. We've already recommended Green to our builder and others, and it's our pleasure to give them a positive review here.

In addition to Tim, Josh and Brian, we want to say thanks publicly to Mario who was the on-site supervisor for much of the project. And of course, a shout out to that army of professional workers that showed up early every day, worked hard throughout, stayed late and always cleaned up behind themselves.

Green Landscape Solutions developed a design that exceeded our expectations and included all items on our Wishlist. They have quality workmanship and superior products. The staff was very conscientious and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up their worksite every day until the job as complete. We would contract with this business again.

Green Landscape Solutions did a complete design and landscape of our home after it was lost in the Marshall Fire. The team (we worked with Tim) was caring, planful, communicative and the work done was excellent! The team helped us with tree selection, seasonal blooming and pollinators. Green Landscape Solutions just completed the first phase of a “refresh” of the landscaping at our house in Louisville. They did a wonderful job. We worked with Erika on the design — she has great ideas, is an excellent communicator, and was very easy to work with. There were a few hiccups with the crew during the installation phase, as I think there will be no matter which landscaping company you choose, but those were always quickly and graciously rectified, which is what really counts. I would not hesitate to recommend Green Landscape Solutions, and look forward to working with them again to complete our project in May!

have been working with Tom at Green Landscaping for 2+ years now. We did a HUGE project after I finished our major home renovation. They do a great job from start to finish. Tom is easy to communicate with, Jason, my project manager, was attentive, and their crew are just the hardest working guys I've ever seen. They showed up 6 days a week for MONTHS to finish our project. Really impressed. Would recommend.

Green Landscape Solutions provided exceptional design, communication, service and support throughout our entire landscape project. Our designer, Emily was meticulous in capturing our design ideas while also contributing wonderful design enhancements that we would not have thought of. Furthermore, she worked closely with us to ensure our design stayed within our budget. The landscape crews were overseen by Jay, who was very accessible, responsive to all of our inquiries /questions and a tremendous problem solver. It was clear that every member of the Green Landscape team was committed to ensuring we were completely satisfied with our finished yard. We plan on having Green Landscape back in the spring for work in another part of our yard. We give the highest recommendation to the Green Landscape team!

I have been working with Green Landscape (and especially Tim Chitester) continuously for the past 10+ years as I have progressively remodeled my home and garden. We chose J&S Landscape to expand our Plant Select Demonstration Gardens. It was a large project that included removing existing debris, gravel and juniper bushes from an area in front of our office building. Grading and adding berms and boulders were also a part of the tasks they were asked to complete, along with A LOT of soil amendment. They did an AMAZING job transforming the space from start to finish. Every aspect of their work was professional and all of the work was completed during our business hours. The timeline was exactly as they said it would be. I would highly recommend them and they did such a fantastic job that we hired them back for another job that was equally as large.

Loved working with J&S! They were professional and accomodated our unique requests in design. The crew members were polite and efficient as well. Great company to work with!

We have used J&S for new fencing/plants, sprinkler repairs, trimming, etc and have been very pleased! We have worked closely with Mike, Manuel, and Pedro. They are all very helpful and ready to meet our needs! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience with this company! We have used them for at least 8 years and keep coming back. They have installed our koi pond, done yard maintenance, taught us how to care for our plants, helped us after the flood and show up whenever we call with a problem. I feel really blessed to have Mike and his team helping us to make our yard look the best it can!

Saved us a TON of money!! Mike Woods evaluated the trees we thought we needed to replace, and advised us to keep but modify them...meaning we would not be using his services at that time. I am happily coming back to him for other landscaping - an honest and knowledgeable professional.

Mike developed a super plan for a small backyard and Scott and crew executed with professionalism. After two years it has matured nicely. Mike recently spent considerable time with me looking at the progress and making suggestions for changes and additions to enhance the design. Thoroughly pleased with their support and performance.

Exceptional customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott, Mike and the whole J&S Team to a family member or friend. We had them redo the entire landscaping in the front of our house - and gave minimal guidance and let Mike use his experience and artistic vision. The project came out great and we feel it truly added to the value of our house. I will be coming back to them for the backyard and any future landscaping projects.

Scott and his team did an amazing job! We used them to redesign our yard from lawn to xeriscape...design, demolition, pavers, water feature, grading/drainage, plants, boulders, & lighting. With all the things that could go wrong - nothing did! They were responsive at all times and I quite literally have no complaints about this large project! Highly recommend!
