Our homeowners association hired Dave to redesign and install a project at the entryway to our subdivision. Dave is courteous, keeps his commitments, is cost-competitive and completed the project on schedule. With his landscaping work and installation, our entry way looks professionally done and elegant. I would highly recommend Dave and his services.

We remodeled a front yard that desperately needed some love and were interested in xeriscaping and using native flowers.
We already had a rock wall installed that we wanted to keep.

We talked to around 6 vendors, and Dave was the one who listened best to what we wanted and then gave us great recommendations and came up with a perfect design. We appreciated that he both really toke time to understood what we wanted, while also sharing his opinion on what makes the most sense in the space we have.

We love how he was able to incorporate a wide variety of native plants, perfectly matching them against our layout/sun exposure. He also installed two rock walls with thyme in them and positioned them in a way that adds to our existing wall and breaks up our front yard very naturally. This was his suggestion and no other vendor had a similar solution.

In addition to the dread design work, the actual yard work was super smooth, he was very present and available and left us with detailed instructions. He also has answered multiple questions we have had afterwards and we are excited about our new front yard!

Great design. They were professional, on time and highly knowledgeable. The work is solid and will last. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Glacier View replaced our run-down timber stairs and raised beds with beautiful moss rock retaining walls and natural stone stairs. Our backyard looks stunning. Dave and his team’s creativity, attention to detail, and stone design skills are exceptional. The team was fast, efficient, and very accommodating. They did an excellent job reworking our irrigation system for the new walls and gave us great advice on which shrubs and perennials to plant. We loved working with Glacier View and highly recommend their services.

Dave White and the team were outstanding to work with. Dave developed a lovely xeriscape design at a reasonable estimate. He and the team completed the job 3 weeks early (!) at the quoted estimate, using the quoted materials. Professional all the way. Dave is a wonderful communicator. He answered all of our questions within 24 hours via email, and most often within a couple of hours. I cannot remember any contractor who was so concerned that my wife and I understood all facets of the project. Dave clearly appreciated us, and we appreciated him and the team. We already are on his schedule for adding three raised beds in the backyard next year, and some final related landscaping the year after.

A great experience with Glacier View and Dave White! I had my sod replaced, and some cobble added, and Dave and his team were done in one day. All the sprinklers were positioned for best lawn coverage and Dave even set the Rainbird system for me! I have received detailed follow up instructions also. I highly recommend Glacier View!!

Dave and crew did an excellent job with my landscaping project, which involved sod replacement, Xeriscaping, and upgrading an existing pathway. Expectations were outlined clearly from the beginning and the team executed on them efficiently and effectively. I especially appreciate Dave's promptness to fix a minor leak in a sprinkler line that was discovered after the work was finished. I would use them again and recommend to friends and family.

My backyard had some beautiful established trees, but the lawn and shrubs had been neglected for years – Dave at Glacier View brought it back to life beautifully. He’s one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. He’s quick to respond, creative, and very knowledgeable. I really like that Dave commits to one project at a time and was on site every day working with his team, who were all courteous, friendly and professional. My job was started on time and was completed in one week as promised. Dave was flexible and worked around the weather (it snowed one day) and another on-site contractor (my patio was re-poured during the same timeframe Dave was installing the landscaping) with no problem. I am extremely happy with my new backyard, complete with new shrubs, perennials, grass, flagstone walkway, and in-ground irrigation system. I would highly recommend Dave and his services and look forward to working with him to update by front yard later this year.

Dave and the Glacier View crew did a wonderful job landscaping our backyard last week! We had a pretty large space with a ton of grass and a lot of very straight rock borders. We asked Dave to give us some more trees, shrubs, and soft curves throughout to make the whole yard more appealing. Dave was super responsive and quick to update our bid based on our needs. He was able to give us great ideas within our budget. And it turned out beautiful! The crew completed all the work in just a couple of days. They were on time, efficient, and delivered great work! Thanks, Dave and crew! We’ll have to have you guys out to do the front yard as soon as we can!

I would give Glacier View 10 stars on a scale of 5 if I could! Fast responses and clear communication from the start. My expectations both for our initial estimate, and the job were laid out in detail. Dave White's credentials are impressive (and check out Pinterest for photos in addition to their website). Dave grasped our intentions right off the bat. We were able to schedule our job to start soon. Again, expectations were clear for payment instructions, what we needed to do (and not bother doing) for prep. The CREW, though! Each person was so respectful of our property and of us, so kind. In addition to their continued ardent work, they were even nice enough to go the extra step to help me replace my yard art when their work was done. I enthusiastically recommend Glacier View without reservation. When I have future needs at this property or others, you bet that this company will be my first, and probably only, call. (If I can edit this review in springtime 2025 when my new yard is in bloom, I will return with photos.)

Very bad experience with Dave - I would not recommend his company. The wooden frame for stone patio /11' x 19'/ is falling apart just a few months after job was completed. For the walkway he used material which is NOT what he said it will be. Everything was done in a hurry and partly using the scrape material from the other jobs.
I called him to come and see what he did do for almost 10 K and he said that I am difficult customer to deal with and that he is done.
Shame on him.

We hired Dave, frankly, because he was the most communicative and respectful landscaper who came out to bid our project. He was direct about our past DIY misadventures and had a clear plan to fix things up. I also had a lot of brilliant design ideas that he helped bring to life. The planning was a very collaborative experience that I enjoyed.

Fast forward to spring. Work on our yard started early and was completed ahead of schedule. Dave's landscapers were pleasant, polite, mindful and worked incredibly hard. Huge attention to detail, safety and stability, which is important to us as parents of young kids. Result is a low maintenance, beautiful and kid-friendly yard for our family. We are thrilled! Can't wait to see how the all the perennials and shrubs fill out.

10/10 would hire Glacier View again. Thanks Dave!

Dave White and Glacier View were a pleasure to work with. He and his crew are professional and efficient. Dave really listened to me and had great suggestions for my backyard landscape. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping including design, plants, sprinkler systems as well as the design and creation of water features. He built a beautiful koi pond for me and provided me a lot of information and support on how to maintain it. I highly recommend and will definitely use Glacier View Landscape and Design again.

Dave did an excellent job xeriscaping our front yard and adding new rock to our back yard. We loved his work and we highly recommend him! He is very knowledgeable and great to work with!

We hired Dave for a fairly substantial landscaping project recently which included building a new flagstone walkway on the south east section of our home. The process began almost a year ago when I first contacted Dave. From the beginning of the process, he was punctual, reliable, very responsive and his pricing is fair. We offered creative input which involved making a few changes to the original plan just before we started the project and Dave was understanding and willing to listen and accommodate our changes. We did have our differences on occasion which is normal on any creative project.

I had a post project issue with the irrigation, Dave responded immediately and sent his crew out to get it fixed which tells me he is interested in longer term relationships with his clients.

Now I will say that Dave has a particular style of working. His frenetic work pace could be construed as intense but he is focused on delivering on time, on budget and it worked for me.

Overall we are pleased with the final result. The quality and caliber of workmanship was outstanding. An organization that executes as promised and is highly responsive to the needs of the customer. Dave & the Glacier View team is that company. I highly recommend them.

Dave and his crew have done a wonderful job on our Longmont property. They worked through rain (mud), hail and 105 deg days telling me they 'love' the weather and being outside. Dave had some great suggestions to enhance our project as it progressed - many of which were implemented. The quality of the products used e.g. Dirt for berms, was of the highest quality and not regular 'fill' dirt. Plants picked up from the nurseries and delivered by Dave and his crew and planted on the 105 deg day are doing exceptionally well. The whole four week project was a success and ran smoothly thanks to Dave and his wonderful crew. That said, it is a wonderful testament to Dave as an employer that members of his crew have been with him for up to seven years. They make a wonderful and competent team.

Very happy with the flagstone patio Dave White and his team from Glacier View put in last summer. Dave was very communicative and clear throughout the process and his prices were great compared to other estimates. The flagstone is gorgeous and they picked a really nice combination of colors of stone that look great with the color of our house. We’ll be calling Dave again for a future project!

This was our fourth landscaping project with Dave White and his Glacier View Landscape/Design team - and we continue to come back to him because he really is a master of this profession. Dave communicates clearly in an understandable manner, is honest and highly responsive. Our landscaping (in my biased opinion!) is one of the most beautiful in the entire development - and this is all thanks to Dave. I highly recommend Dave and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Dave over the years!

I recently had some landscaping work done as a part of a backyard renovation. I used Glacier View Landscape and Design for the landscaping portion of the project.
The project involved re-design of some sprinkler zones, install of new tree and plants, and replacing decorative rock.
They were easy to work with, accommodating to changes and worked well with the other contractor doing the hardscaping work. I would recommend Glacier to others seeking landscaping services.

Fantastic experience working with Dave. He designed exactly what we wanted but better, the crew worked fast and efficiently, and helped make sure all of our new plantings survived the first month. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for water efficient and native plant landscaping.
