The supporting members of the original construction were woefully inadequate to support the weight of the hail resistant roof the previous owners installed when compounded by the heavy snows we've had the past few years. This resulted in several inches of sag which was exposing the rain flashing and posed a danger of water ingress and compounding damage. Mark and Josh devised a plan to sister the horizontal members and brace joints with custom steel brackets which were validated by the structural engineers at Level Engineering.

Josh and his team completed the restoration to all 5 eves in just one week's time and not only does the result look better than new: re-paralleled eves, with replaced soffits, new fascia boards, realigned gutters, and was repainted; but you drop a piano on them and probably watch it bounce off.

I called on R&M construction to help my Mother and Grandmother out. They hired a horrible contractor to finish my moms basement for my grandma. R&M construction came on and finished the project quickly. As to the other company wouldn't finish for months. Thank you Mark for the prompt service and helping my Mom and Grandma in their time of need.

Mark was amazing! Our first floor flooded into the kitchen and into the basement. They worked so efficiently and communicated so well with us. They were able to fix everything quicker than I anticipated. I was so happy with the results and would work with Mark again in a heart beat!

I’ve had R&M come out to my house in Denver for 4-5 different things around my house - everything from water getting into an exterior wall to fixing my chimney. If Mark can do it he’ll give you a great deal for it; for the few things I asked about that Mark doesn’t do he gave me a high quality reference to follow up with.

We had a very large steel beam that needed to be installed in our house. The workers were very conscientious about keeping the rest of the house clean by putting up plastic and they were very nice. Mark came by to see how things were going and was on top of the work every step of the way. Overall, our experience was a very pleasant one. We would definitely call on Mark again if the need arises.

We had the bathroom remodeled and Mark went out of his way to fit our small project into his schedule. He did an excellent job of scheduling and managing the crews that worked on the different parts of the project. He stuck to the schedule and finished on time. He also came to the house everyday to check on the work and provided updates.

R & M did an awesome job on some major repairs I needed on my house. I honestly needed a sub pump replaced and my basement was close to flooding. They responded extremely fast when I needed them to. Fixed my sub pump and all other restoration that was needed to get my home back. They were extremely professional and did really good work. Mark is great to work with. The crews he uses do a great work. They show up when scheduled, and if there is a schedule change, Mark communicates that so that there are no misunderstandings.

Mark and his team helped us with finishing our basement. We hired a contractor to finish our basement, so my mother could come live with us. Needless to say this other contractor was not getting the job done. So we called Mark and asked if he could finish the job for us. We were so lucky that Mark said he could help us out. They came in and put everything up to code. His team was at our house every day till the job was completed. They did a wonderful job.

We’ve hired Mark for 3 different jobs now and will 100% work with him again. He was highly recommended by our neighbors and both he and his crew were professional and timely. I came across R&M Construction through an engineering firm. I wanted to remove a load bearing wall and redesign my dining room windows. This all required adding steel support along with treated LVL beams and installing the larger windows. I needed a professional company to do the job and do it right. The engineering firm highly recommended Mark’s company and after meeting with him I had no hesitation in giving him the job. He is easy to work with and his team is very meticulous and clean. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Mark and his company.

Worked with Mark and Josh to remove a load bearing wall and relocate some electrical. They were responsive and great to work with. Josh built a temporary wall to support the 2nd story joists, releveled my main floor in two days. I'd recommend them for their services.
