I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were on time every day. They stuck to the quote. They even called me and showed up within an hour to resolve a situation that they had no control over but put the fire out immediately. Brandon has been great to deal with and fixed the one thing that did go wrong within about an hour from when we sent the email telling him about the problem. He didn’t hesitate to come right over and it was on Super Bowl Sunday even. The owner called me shortly after that to make sure we were all taken care of.

I’ve been around Outdoor projects for the past 12 years. MAK’s quality is second fiddle to no one, when it comes to Decks, Railing, Pergolas etc. Expert Craftsmanship , and Design. Top of the line products. I Highly recommend them for your next Outdoor Project.

I hired MaK to put tile in all 3 of my bathrooms because when I moved in they were all carpeted. They did a great job and the floors are flawless. They worked around my schedule and they dealt with my crazy dogs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely DO NOT hire this company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My family hired this company to do a big remodel job. They were late, over budget, and threatened to walk off the job if we didn't give them more money on work that was not in the bid and not agreed upon. Their work was riddled with mistakes, and their PM Brandon was often a no-show, leaving us to manage subcontractors. They failed many inspections (and should have failed more but the inspectors did not even look at their work in some cases). We ended up having to hire another contractor to finish the job, though MaK still demanded that we pay them for work they DID NOT COMPLETE. They talk a good game but do not live up to expectations, even the very lowest ones.

They did a project for me a couple years ago. Most of the work inside was satisfactory, but we had some problems outside and MaK tried to put the blame on anyone but themselves. Make sure they follow your DESC plan and that all inspections are complete. Be sure to get in writing what erosion control will be used upon completion. I suggest you get the names of any subs. It’s been two years since completion and my HVAC stopped working. Directions say to contact installer. I tried to get the name and contact info from Matt with no luck. There were times when I was treated with great disrespect and now I just got no customer service. I cannot recommend this company.

We had Mak construct a stamped concrete patio with built in gas Lines for fire pit and gas grill. They also installed a metal pergola with remote controlled louvers in the roof and a fan and lights. They added gutters and downspouts where needed. They also did some ground shaping where needed. They were professional and any workers or subcontractors used knew their job. Brandon, our contact and overall supervisor was easy to work with, was always pleasant and looked out for the details. A very good experience.

We had the MaK team help redo our living room mantle and wall, so that we were able to install/mount a TV above the fireplace. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job. We're planning to have them remodel all 5 bathrooms once we receive all the materials.

Hired MaK for a complete retail remodel. As, with any big project there were a few bumps in the road and obstacles to overcome. Keith and his crew navigated them like pros and got us open before spring.

Unfortunately, though Matt seemed very nice and capable, after coming to look over my small project (light framing, insulation, drywall, new light and door—nothing crazy), he said he’d send a quote.
Then I was totally ghosted. Not real professional, or courteous; I took time off work to meet with him for nothing.
I probably got a better deal with the guys I eventually used, but this is not a company I can recommend.

MaK Construction completely remodeled my kitchen and they did an amazing job! I now have the kitchen that I've always wanted, thanks to them.
They were professional, courteous, the work was completed in a timely manner and the price was very fair for the all the work that was completed. This summer we will be remodeling the basement and we're definitely hiring MaK Construction again.

MAK handled our HOA's pool decking remodel, removing old concrete and replacing it with new as well as applying an epoxy coating for a more finished and professional look. They did an exceptional job, on time and in budget, we would certainly hire them again for additional HOA work!

I truly would NOT recommend working with MaK. The project was estimated to take 3-4 weeks and ended up taking 4 months. This is due to lack of project management. Every contractor had to come to our house countless times. At one point we have 4 contractor groups at our house and no MaK project manager. I was left providing the painters with a flashlight to paint in the dark because the electrician cut the power.

Our project was over budget because the project manager did not estimate the project correctly. He also admitted to copying and pasting from another bid and told us not to reference it.

We supplied everything asked for well in advance. The MaK measurements were incorrect leaving us to run out to the store to get supplies the day of. We also invested in quality supplies. Each bathroom vanity was around 2500. MaK did not use the proper mounting instructions that came with the vanities causing one of our vanities to crack down the side! The recommendation was to color the crack in.

The bid says they will work reasonable hours and not on weekends. That is incorrect. We had contractors working weekends and working in our home at 9PM at night. We have 3 little kids. 9PM at night is not acceptable, but they were pushing people to try to get things done because they were behind on schedule and can’t project manage.

I highly recommend MaK Construction for your project. They did multiple bathroom remodels as well as additional work on my home, and I could not be happier with the result. Brandon is an excellent project manager with great communication throughout. I will call them again the next time I need work done on my home.

MaK Construction is the first contractor I would recommend after 20+ years of working with contractors in Colorado. Brandon is a great project manager who listened to what we wanted and used his significant experience to achieve our goals as if it was his own house. We remodeled part of our basement - removed carpet, installed tile, replaced a very large whirlpool bathtub, pulled electricity to install a washer/dryer, upgraded an outlet requiring running wire and repairing drywall. While there were the usual delays due to supply chain, contractor availability, Brandon did his best to minimize the impact, and even make up for it in a few places. He was also very conscious of our budget and helped us stay within it by making great alternative suggestions. One of the most important parts of our experience was the exceptional skills and teamwork of his regular contractors. Their ability to work together with Brandon's leadership was the key to our success. We enjoy the quality of the work every day! I wish I could have them back to remodel my kitchen!

MaK Construction did a great job with a gable roof over our patio. The team are all knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Prices are competitive and the finished product is high quality. Looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

BRANDON WAS A GREAT PROJECT MANAGER AND KEPT THINGS ON TRACK THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. THE MAK CONTRACTORS WERE RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME AND OUR PRIVACY AND DID INCREDIBLE WORK! WHAT WE LOVED MOST ABOUT MAK, BESIDES THE BEAUTIFUL END RESULTS OF OUR STAIRWELL REMODEL, WAS THE CLEAR COMMUNICATION. AT THE END OF EACH DAY, WE WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL RECAPPING WHAT HAD BEEN COMPLETED THAT DAY AND WHAT TO EXPECT THE FOLLOWING DAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAK CONSTRUCTION!

R&M construction services is amazing! Our family had our house burn down and we hired R&M through a reference from a friend to rebuild. Not only are they understanding, easy to work with and amazing builders! We now have our home back and its a 1000 times better than we could have imagined!!! They are wonderful human beings!!
