Mark was instrumental with replacing my roof after a major snow load failure. He had engineers lined up with the expertise to point us in the right direction to a successful project. His laid back attitude helped ease any concerns my wife and I had.

Mark and his team did a great job on my hail damage insurance claim. Met adjuster at my home and walked through the entire house to assurance accordance. They then completed the repairs which included roof replacement, gutters, window replacements and paint quickly and efficiently.
Would absolutely refined them again.

Mark and his team worked with me on a backyard project. They resloped and improved drainage by my garage and replaced my worn deck. Josh was my project manager and throughout the process was absolutely great at answering any questions and concerns I had. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out!

I had R&M remove an old deck that was falling down. They poured new footings for the deck supports and made the new deck so it went around the corner of the house. This made the deck accessible to the front and side doors of the house. There is a wheelchair ramp from the concrete walk up to the deck. They removed some concrete, down to the ground, and poured it back to make the concrete transition to the deck a smooth transition that wouldn't crumble, solid concrete (see picture).
The attention to detail was great and the little things, like the ramp transition, that make a quality job. Thanks Mark and all the people who worked on my deck.

Mark, Josh, and their teams completed structural work on my house. Including a new beam to replace a supporting wall, new gas lines, and new tankless water heater. Estimates were detailed and easy to understand. They also supplied support for permit inspections. All work was done very well. And at a very competitive price. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and quality of work throughout the project.

Mark and his team are some of the most honest, patient and conscientious people I have ever worked with. We gutted three floors of an 8000 square foot home and it was done flawlessly and meticulously. The finished home is stunning. I would highly recommend them for any job and will be contracting with them in the future . They are also amazing as a consultative resource for anything construction. I met Mark back in 2020 when he worked for a different company. I had an unfortunate flood in my house and I needed quick attention while I was out of town. He ended up remodeling the majority of my house after the water damage. When i moved in with my husband the first thing i wanted to do was a kitchen remodel. I qreached out to Mark to see if he knew anyone. Thats when he told me about his new business endeavors. It felt good to have a familiar face when doing such a big renovation. I had big ideas, and wasnt sure it would work. He helped make my kitchen dreams come true. We went from a non functional kitchen, that was probably put in sometime in the 1950’s to a beautiful kitchen that I actually enjoy cooking and cleaning (which if you know me speaks volumes). We like to entertain and I wanted to open the space up to the living room, the load bearing wall made me think it couldnt be done- but we did it! I also had a few ideas throughout the project and Mark was really quick with the change orders to show me the cost, so i could decide if thats what i wanted. Mark also had great people working with us, Josh was the lead on our project and any time I had concerns or questions he was available for me. I had a lot of questions, and he never made me feel like a burden. It is hard to make decisions sometimes when youre spending so much money you really second guess yourself. Josh always made me feel better about my decisions. I knew that they wanted the project to come out perfect too. I will definitely be using these guys for my future projects!
