We have had Mike come out multiple times to work on our equipment. He is always very friendly and professional. Mike is very knowledgeable and works efficiently. Mike is honest and trustworthy. I know that when he is our assigned technician the issue will be resolved during the time of his visit and I will not need to call back and have the issue addressed a few days later.

Brandon came in to gym where I work. Amazing!! Not only handled the issue at hand, made sure we are completely safe and gave me a lot of peace of mind. He taught me what to do as a first step to help with diagnosis. Great personality and fun to work with! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Kasco! We wanted to add temperature control to a newly built dog room under our stairs. Evan came to check it out and was so patient answering all of ours questions. He explained his recommendation for the space and it was very reasonably priced. We decided to move forward and we are so glad we did. Excellent work, amazing customer service, and affordable. I will definitely continue to use Kasco for any HVAC needs.

Paul from Kasco was here after my AC suddenly stopped cooling during one of the hottest weeks. He took the time to inspect everything, taught me what he was looking at and how to do some easier maintenance myself, and got everything cleaned und and running smoothly!

chris came out and helped us at my job. he was professional, knowledgeable, and informative.

They came out on a Sunday and repaired the heater in about an hour. I called five different companies. Evan was the only one to respond. Excellent customer service! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Top notch service. We had Paul and a guy learning with him. They were so kind, professional and through. Completely checked and serviced all the things. They worked to fix our 17 year old heater. Never told us to just replace it. It was just quiet confidence that they’d fix it and fix it right. I was so impressed with both the knowledge that walked in our front door and the investment in making sure that the new guy would carry that same great service to the next job. Wow. Just wow.

Mike, was very patient kind on time and efficient. He went above and beyond that was asked and was able to give us three different quotes for different scenarios and took the time to do that for us. We appreciate it and he got everything in done and working very quickly. I Couldn’t of asked for anything to be better it was amazing experience and we will be using this company again for future projects.. five stars all around

Evan, worked wonders on our furnace. Where some might have tried to sell us on a new furnace. Evan, found numerous small things that were a little out of adjustments, and fixed those.
