I have worked with Ryan and his crew over the past 12 years for my hvac needs. They are great to work with, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my needs. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew at 5280.

Ryan Meston came out on Saturday morning, December 6 to check out our furnace. After inspecting it, he said that it could be fixed but it would cost at least half of what a new furnace would cost, so we decided to go with new equipment. He left information and my wife and I discussed our options. We called the following week and decided to upgrade to a heat pump and furnace system. They came on December 16 to install the system. Chris and Mike arrived at around 9:00 and started the work. Ryan came a few times during the installation. They finished at about 4:00 or 4:30. During the test, there was a problem with the old electrical connection that needed to be repaired. Ryan stayed and took care of the problem and then tested the system. They all did a great job and we are very happy with our new system.

Ryan did a great job explaining our repair (for a 20+ year old system) or replacement options and costs. We chose to replace with a dual fuel heat pump system. Lead installer Chris and his team did an excellent job. Chris was great at keeping us updated on the install and making sure that we were happy with the work. Chris and his team were prompt, courteous and careful in our home. Ryan and Chris had excellent follow up after the installation. We couldn't be more pleased.

If we could give Ryan six stars, we would! That’s how satisfied we are with his work. He came to our house and gave an estimate of the cost of a heat pump. We were impressed with his clear communication and honest presentation, and it was for this reason we selected 5280 to install our heat pump. The true test of a company’s value comes when something unexpected comes up. In our case, we ran into a major problem—our chimney was defective. This was something that Ryan could not have anticipated. Instead of simply saying, “Look, this is your problem,” he worked with us, brainstorming ideas of how to address it. He invested a tremendous amount of time and money in helping us resolve this, and he came up with a solution that was ingenious. We were thrilled with the result!

It's CHRISTMAS early because of this company! My heating went out early this morning. Immediately, I called Trane to get a reference for an Authorized Trane repair company. I called the first one on their list for me, and it was a gift that just kept on giving. Expecting to pay, perhaps, upwards of $500, I held my breath while Joe, one of the owners of the company, looked the furnace over. To my amazement, and happy surprise, Joe informed me it was merely a dirty filter that had caused a sensor in the furnace to shut down automatically, to keep from overheating. To say I was shocked by his honesty is an understatement. But, my joy, in knowing there would be no costly repairs needed, made me feel relieved to just receive a bill for the house call. Yet, to my shock, again, he said he hadn't preformed any repairs, so he certainly was not going to charge me for something he didn't do. Then Joe did something I have never experienced with any company, he proceeded to inform and advice me on how I could save lots of money running my furnace and air conditioner, winter and summer, by buying filters that only cost about a dollar each, and I would save on the energy costs and not so hard the motor on my furnace! He even showed examples of them on his phone to be sure I knew the best ones to buy. Ryan and Joe, both co-owners of 5280 Heating and Air Conditioning on Orchard Rd. in Parker, have brought the best and happiest Christmas gifts I could have every wished for: HONESTY, TRUST, FRIENDLINESS, SECURITY, and JOY!! Ryan and Joe were great. They communicated well and were fast to respond. Joe got my furnace back up and running quickly and answered my questions well. I will be using 5280's services again when I next need heating and cooling support.

The 5280 Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing. Thank you! No more sleeping the cold. I didn't have heat the night before, and the next morning I gave them a call. They were able to come over and fix the problem the same day. Joe was well-versed and provided a clear explanation of his actions. When I need HVAC service done, I'll be using 5280 Heating & Air Conditioning as my HVAC guy.

Ryan came and gave us a quote. The company had great quality equipment for a very good price. The installation of the system went very well with no problems and afterwards, Ryan helped us with the warranty and rebate process. I highly recommend this company

Ryan came for my annual service. Everything has been running fine but he gave me tips on my humidifier and suggested some easy upgrades. His Senior Tech, Mike came by and those upgrades really made a difference in my understanding and functionality of my six year old Trane HVAC. I love Trane products and appreciate Ryan and his teams ethics and customer service.

We had a great experience with 5280 Heating and Air-conditioning and highly recommend them. Ryan, one of the owners, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from start to finish. We received quality equipment at a very competitive price. The furnace installation was completed on time, the workmanship was excellent and the crew did a thorough cleanup afterward. We are very happy with the quality of the equipment and how smoothly the entire process went. We would not hesitate to use 5280 Heating and Air-conditioning again and recommend them to others.

Called 5280 in the morning and Joe was able to get to me first thing and diagnose our furnace issue. He was respectful of our house and professional. Initially the quote was $1600 and change but he was able to find us a discounted part so the repairs ended up being cheaper. Very happy with the work that Joe did.

I was soo impressed with Parker Heating and Air from start to finish! The sales person, Josh, was tremendously knowledgeable and kind. The products are top of the line and quality items. Jacob and Sam spent two days at my house installing the AC, Furnace, tearing out duct work and replacing it with almost everything new. These two gentlemen were outstanding! They were professional, friendly, fun, knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well! I couldn't be more pleased with how great these two guys were! Their work is top notch; their service and attention to detail was terrific, and their a pleasure to have in my home. I trusted them completely! Great service! Great workers! Owning a home with its very own furnace is no joke….. ;) Nathan came out to service our furnace and A/C and wow! He knows what he’s doing! Now, Everyone is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable at Parker Heating and Air, but couple that with Excellent customer service….Nathan is a stand out! Forget 5 star reviews, this one is a 20 star review! #customerforlife

What a great, easy experience! First of all, they did what they said they would do. I know that sounds like bare minimum, but it isn’t always (and my last experience with a different company way a complete headache because of this). Secondly, everyone was SO FRIENDLY. I was kind of a pain in the butt and changed the appointment time a few times, called to get updates on arrival, etc and every single person was friendly, happy, and gracious. Austin was our technician and he kept me informed every step of the way, made great recommendations, and was equally as friendly as every other person. I will only be using Parker Heating and Air moving forward! Thank you Austin and team!

Parker Heating and Air did a great job repairing our leaking valve for us. Heather in the office was wonderful and got us an appointment the next day. The technicians were friendly and clearly explained the problem and how they would fix it. We were happy with the work and will use them again.

John with Parker Heading and Air provided excellent technical and customer service. He was friendly, personable, and easy to talk with. He was also very informative and walked me through what he was doing and why to identify the issue and enact the repairs.

I've only lived in this house for about a year and a half. When my furnace stopped working in the cold of winter, I didn't spend a lot of time shopping around. I feel lucky that I called Parker Heating and Air first. The technician that came, Sam, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He very quickly resolved the problem and also took the time to inspect and educate me about my HVAC system. I will definitely use them again.

I recently had my annual maintenance performed on my furnaces, air conditioner, and tankless hot water heaters. Parker Heating and Air did a fantastic job of sending the necessary technicians all in one appointment, which was incredibly convenient. The technicians were very professional and thorough, carefully explaining the current state of my systems, things that needed immediate attention, and areas showing wear that might require future planning.

I also appreciated the office staff, who were thorough and detailed when scheduling my appointment. They reviewed all the items included in my service plan to ensure nothing was missed and that all systems could be addressed in a single visit. Overall, a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Parker Heating and Air is simply wonderful! Everyone I spoke to or worked with are pleasant, helpful, and kind. Heather, Dawn, and Laurey were helpful with any questions, scheduling, and paperwork, and Rick was helpful in explaining what needed to be done with our unit. Because we needed an AC replacement, Rick did a great job of getting us on the schedule as soon as possible and spent a great deal of time answering my questions. Eric and Wolfgang were just amazing with the install. Neat, clean, and absolutely helpful and patient, both of them figured out a more efficient way to install the unit that saved us drywall repair and time. The inspector for Greenwood Village was extremely complimentary of their work, saying everything was well-ordered and very well constructed. I cannot recommend this entire staff and company enough and wish them well.
