Been a Gold Star customer with this company for the last six years, including two different houses. Supremely satisfied with every technician that has visited my house. I’ve only had one emergency during this time, and this company sent somebody out to my house within an hour of my phone call. Office staff has always been responsive, extremely polite, and accommodating with my schedule.

Bid came out and fixed our thermostat in a very timely manner. He was quick, efficient, and very professional.

We recently had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by Parker Heating and Air.
From the first appointment to determine the problem with our existing unit until the completion of the installation of the new units everything went smoothly and was completed very much to our liking.
The technicians and advisor were professional, on time and very knowledgeable of the work to be done. We were given options of how to fix the problem, never being pressured to go one way or the other. Installation was a two day job and they updated us daily of when arrival/start would be and were also very respectful of our property, both inside and outside.
Parker Heating and Air is a great company and I would recommend them for any issues ~ I know I would call them again!

Our family has used Parker for several years and one thing I’ve loved about their service, whether for A/C issues that happened on the 4th of July, or heat issues in the dead of winter, they are so responsive. Travis had warned us that a major repair would be coming soon for our downstairs unit and he helped us put it off for as long as we could & then managed a major install under our home. It was a lot of work. He made sure we were ready for it and handled it so professionally. Great device & we recommend them all the time!

We had several Mitsubishi mini-split systems installed. They were not working properly and the installers never responded. Zeppelin installed our first units so we called them. The reason our second installation of minisplits were not performed by Zeppelin was because out contractor for our larger remodel had his own team. In any case, Zeppelin resolved the matter and provided excellent service. When we were overseas and had an unresolved bill we were unaware of, Zeppelin was very gracious despite the inconvenience to them. I would highly recommend them - especially for a ductless heating and A/C installation.

We have used Parker Heating and AC Repair for years. They have always been there and available to keep our systems running efficiently. They are very customer service oriented and friendly. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I do recommend them if your looking for heating and air service.

Had Parker Heating and Air replace my main furnace and water heater at the same time on 4/17/24. Showed up as scheduled and completed the work efficiently and earlier than expected. Very clean and informative on what they were doing and what I should know, and even what could potentially go wrong and what to do about it, about my new appliances. Greatly appreciated and Super Job!!

Parker Heating and Air Conditioning promptly sent over a skilled technician to do a plumbing repair.. Kyle was professional, prompt and remarkably knowledgeable about the problem and how to avoid future problems. He completed the job, cleaned up, and everything is now in good shape. I have had Parker Heating and Air provide services at two houses in Parker and they have always been highly reliable. I do recommend them.

Parker Heating & Air are a great company to work with. Very reliable and reasonably priced. The staff are always friendly, respectful and perform high quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring a service contract for their furnace and air con unit.

In a word. . . Excellent!. Parker Heating and Air replaced our old and broken glowcore boiler with a new efficient Navien system. Having no heat along with no hot water is a major disruption so when our older system stopped working we called the the folks at Parker Heating and Air, they were understanding to our situation and were very accommodating. After going through all the options we decided for a replacement system. Within a very short time their professional team (John and Tim) were on-site installing a new efficient Navien system in our house. The new system is wonderful and I would not hesitate to call on them again for work, I recommend them 100%. I dont have a good 'before' photo of the removed rats-nest looking setup but this 'after' photo is aesthetically and efficiently a much better unit hands-down.

Had a problem with my furnace lighting during bitter cold temperatures just today. Called at 5:30 on Sunday night and one of their technicians walked me through a couple of things to troubleshoot. He was able to get my furnace restarted, and didn’t just blindly make a service call after hours for really no reason. Great company that operates with tremendous integrity, I will always call them for my heating and AC needs moving forward.

I have used Parker Heating and AC for my regular service maintenance for about 5 years now and have been very pleased with the service. This Spring I happened to get Paul as my service tech and wanted to flag his “stand out” service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me some solutions and great ideas to solve my issues. Thank you Paul! I hope to see you next time!

They charge 2 to 3 times retail for components and then add large bill for installation. I priced out a quote from them and it was ridiculous, double what would be reasonable.

Response: on first visit your "trained" employee misdiagnosed issue and wanted to sell me a new thermostat (I told him the humidifier was also not getting power so was likely not the thermostat but he didn't listen). Luckily I had a spare so we replaced my Nest thermostat with the spare, but problem persisted. So then he found the problem was actually the fan motor was burned out, so replaced with new one - but did not replace the capacitor, so it immediately ran hot and cut out due to over heating. So I paid for an expensive new motor and it has already overheated - great.

We just had Parker Heating and Air Conditioning come and install a new air conditioner! The technicians; Austin, LZ, Tim and Eric were all top notch and they did an excellent job! Very respectful of our home and property! I would not hesitate to use this company again!

Parker Heating and Air always does a terrific job. I am part of their gold maintenance plan, I pay a small fee each month and twice a year they come out and check my AC and furnace and make any repairs or adjustments to keep everything in top working condition. I love this service, I believe it is why I have never had an equipment failure. Paul K was my technician today. I appreciate that Paul explained what he was doing as he performed the furnace maintenance

We have a great experience with Parker Heating and Air through the years. We have been customers for seven years. Our most recent experience with Paul was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, kind and thorough with our A/C maintenance check and made some great suggestions to extend the life of our units.

We called for furnace repair during severe cold spell. They had techs at our house within 2 hours. Stephen and Chris were great to work with. They showed us the issue, explained why the part failed, and replaced it with no issue. After, we received photos of our unit with the invoice. This was a great experience.

I met Conrad at a real estate client's home for a certification on their furnace for a sale. Conrad was informative and extremely courteous! I have used Parker Heating and Air for all my real estate client's needs! Highly recommend! Quick to respond and they always explain their services very well.

Very knowledgeable and skilled. I've had them install new hvac and water heater. Walter is an excellent plumber who not only installed my water heater, but also found a leak in my master bedroom shower that caused water damage. It was a very small leak and required some sleuthing...didn't know it was from the shower, just had water damage in the ceiling below.

Just had their plumber, Bill, out to fix plumbing in our master bath. Very professional and friendly. We are very happy with the work and now our plumbling is up to code. Before and after photos are attached. Thank you!
