The folks I worked with at Parker Heating and Air were amazing!
Beth in the office was a pleasure to speak to and kept me very well informed. Their technician Kyle could come well before the scheduled time. It may have been good luck, but it was more than welcome. He got our issue repaired quickly. However, our water heater is showing some wear and tear. I'll be doing a little research on new models, then calling Parker Heating and Air to get the issue solved. When the time comes for any other HVAC repairs/replacement, they'll be my first call!

Parker Heating is great - we've been customers for more than 12 years. We fully trust each technician that comes out and the repair prices are very reasonable. Today I had Paul come for an A/C issue and he knew exactly what the problem was before even looking at the unit. He's been our technician before, and he is great! I appreciate his knowledge, time spent explaining the problem, and he has a great sense of humor. Once again, a great experience!

I use Parker for my regular maintenance and they are fantastic. I recently had a leak and they were out ASAP, walked me through everything, explained their findings and made what can be complicated simple. I also very much appreciate their communication. Beth is dispatch is great, she always lets me know who to expect. The team members who have performed my service are always top notch, progressional, explanatory and I never have any concerns. Highly recommend!

It was time for our annual furnace inspection and we called Parker Heating like we always do. The service tech, Travis, arrived on time. He was nice, professional and articulate, and he loved our dogs.
He performed a thorough inspection & clearly explained his findings & potential consequences.
It's refreshing to deal with a team who know what they are doing, and do it for a fair price.

We have worked with Parker Heating and Air for a few years and have been paying a monthly membership for the last 2 years. We have had a number of issues with repairs. They have been to our house many times. Nothing seems to be easily fixed. We recently called them to repair our system. Neither the heat or AC worked. They struggled to diagnose. They have told us for a year that we needed a new furnace. Apparently, the broken furnace was prohibiting the AC from working. Again, they told us that to fix the problem we needed a new furnace. I explained that I didn't want to replace a furnace in May, and I asked them to simply get the AC working and we would replace the furnace in the fall. They quoted a minimum of 7k to replace the furnace and $3700 to repair. I decided to get a second opinion and PS Heating and Cool came out. They had the problem figured out in about 15 minutes. It was a short in the ac unit. The cost of the repair was $300 and $100 to recharge the system. We have been patient, but enough is enough. I guess the good news is that we found a good company to work with moving forward.

(updated review)Sam the technician just did an excellent job preparing my HVAC system for the winter. He noticed that the humidifier filter system (not the filter, but the place where the filter goes) was full of hard water mineral deposits. Sam washed/cleaned it all out to increase its efficiency. I have been using Parker Heating in Air since they opened in 2003. Sam is a great representative of the excellent service that this company offers.

I've been using Parker Heating and Air for the 21 years that I've been in my house in Parker. Today's technician Paul did a great job servicing my AC unit in preparation for the hot summer. Everything is working fine. Paul explained a few things to me which helped me understand how the system functions. I am very pleased with the service.

I had a very pleasant experience with Technicians Nathan and Tim today. They were here to do the annual AC cleaning. They also thoroughly cleaned the blower wheel. They kept me in the loop the whole time that they were here regarding the progress that they were making with the system. They even showed me photos of the cleaned up blower wheel. I have been using Parker Heating and Air for 22 years now and I've always been satisfied with the service.

Jared and Ryan just did a wonderful job installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They went over everything and gave excellent service. They did this all in a timely matter. Highly recommend this company.

Nathan is so wonderful. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and explained all the systems to me and gave me his recommendations. I can’t say enough positive about him. I learned things about my air conditioner, furnace, and humidifier to allow it to work much better and have a longer life span. Thank you kindly.

Outstanding experience start to finish for a new furnace. Their install crew (Robert, Elzy, Austin and Jake) were top notch.

Today I had Ethan, Jacob and Sam come over today to put in a mini split (Mitsubishi) for my master bedroom. These guys work like a symphony, Ethan was the senior and was giving direction as he was installing, Jacob always by Ethan’s side to make sure if he needs anything. These guys really did work hard and worked straight through to provide me comfort in my Master Bedroom. There was one more person that I need to say here, Sam was the guy that did the attic work (that’s a hot job) But all of them did an amazing job at installing this Heat-Pump mini split. (See pictures below) Ethan explained how it worked, and all the in and outs. SOOOOOO If you want QUALITY work and QUALITY products you NEED to use Parker Heating and Air. I can’t say how much I appreciate them and what they have done to keep my house in tip top shape. Thanks Ethan for all your support. Thank you Jacob for the support to Ethan and Sam, thanks for doing the hottest job.

Obed and Hayden came out to diagnose my AC unit not coming on. They were very kind and considerate as well as super thorough in their documentation of the issues. They did an amazing job and were here in about 30 minutes after I made the call. Will use this company in the future.

Edit: While the above is all true, I have decided to edit this review because the cost of the part they told me needed replaced was only $16. It took me 15 minutes to swap out. They quoted $374 for that. I understand every company has overhead like building costs and gas and wages, etc (two guys to fix a problem) but that seems unreal even given all the overhead you would expect. Wish I made that kind of hourly money. So, they go from the original 5 I gave them to a 3 because that is very typical of these companies I'd say.

John and Obid were amazing technicians. After identifying that our problem needed a plumber not hvac they worked quickly to share information and fix our problem.

I recently had an installation of a furnace and AC at our house with Parker Heating and Air. They did a fantastic job! JP and Jared were efficient, courteous and careful. This is the fourth installation of equipment at our house and Parker Heating and Air has done them all. I highly recommend this company!

I know there's tons of ac company's out there, and they might even be better but I found mine. These guys are awesome! It's been about 7 months now after install and I couldn't be happier. I'm an engineer and picky with electric work and these guys did a great job! Very good work and a pro install. So big shout out to the wolf gang!! I recommend the blower upgrade too. The blower could blow the vents off, not kidding. From calling an appointment for a quote, to the last install guy leaving my house. It was smooth and easy and I think my money was well spent. It's good to find good local companies and for that, thank you! 🤙

Walter showed up in a timely manner and traced downa small and difficult to locate gas leak in our secondary heating system. Very professional effective and personable. We are very grateful.

I can't shower Parker Heating & AC Repair with enough accolades! From the inquiry online to the installation of the new water heater and handshake absolutely everyone was so stellar. Within ten minutes of requesting a quote to replace our water heater online I had a call letting me know a technician could come out that very afternoon free of charge to assess my needs. Walter the SUPERSTAR came out and not only evaluated what would be required to replace the water heater and give me a quote, he educated me on facets of the installation process I didn't even know I wanted to know. Walter went so far above and beyond by assessing a quote on several replacement options including tankless and like-for-like, instructing me on exactly what he would be doing to the exhaust to bring it up to code, testing gas pressure, evaluating eligibility based on our current gas line metrics, testing water chlorination levels, testing water hardness, and providing details on water softening all without any sales pressure. He took detailed photos of the work done before and after, and provided an intuitive breakdown of the cost. His professional demeanor, kindness, thoroughness, attention to detail, honesty, transparency and knowledge completely blew me out of the water. It's a level of professionalism that simply does not exist anymore! As a returning customer, consistency is key, and it speaks volumes about Parker Heating & AC Repair's integrity and work ethic. Do yourself a massive favor and call these folks up for your plumbing needs, and anything else they can handle.

My Aprilaire 600 whole house humidifier stopped working so I called Parker Heating and Air. Nathan arrived and quickly traced the problem to a disconnected wire at the furnace that ran to the humidifier controller. At this point. The repair job went from routine to outstanding. Nathan suggested adding pigtails to the wires at each terminal screw to prevent future problems. He also discovered the water valve solenoid was not working properly and corrected it. Throughout the service call, Nathan provided advice and suggestions for servicing the system and an old boiler that heated the basement level.
I highly recommend Parker heating and air to anyone needing HVAC service.

What a delightful and great experience! We called Parker Heating & AC on the weekend as the heater on the upper level of our home quit working. Rob returned my call promptly and was able to come to our home within a short period of time to look at the unit. He did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue and explaining what the solution would be. A part needed to be ordered in order for the issue to be resolved, which Rob took care of first thing on Monday am. He came back today as expected to resolve the issue and ensured everything was working properly before he left. He was very professional and provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Rob and Parker Heating & AC!

Yes! 5 Star: Just had my 2002 Carrier Furnace Unit (Originally Installed) replaced. I had it inspected and a crack was found in the heat exchanger and the inducer fan was going bad. Researching some, it is hard to find anyone these days who'd replace a heat exchanger alone. However, after getting quotes from two other entities, I felt Parker Heating and Air gave a very reasonable quote and a Trane always upgrades from Carrier. You can tell the replacement unit heat exchange is designed better and the furnace over all for same BTU rating should be much more efficient with usage of gas and electric. The job went quicker than I expected, but the workmanship was awesome (likely a result of their training) and the replacement went very smooth. Ensured to test both heat and AC. I highly recommend Parker Heating and Air for HVAC work, as I plan to use them for future needs. They also started doing Plumbing and Electrical as well and they now can install water filtration systems.

These folks were amazing! They managed to upgrade our hvac system, ensuring warmth in our new property in Parker, with little forewarning and at a fantastic cost. The work was expertly executed and the team, including Zachary, Leonard, and Dale, were a breeze to collaborate with. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to this crew again down the line.
