Nate was very attentive when I contacted him with follow up questions. The quotes from him were also sent within 30 minutes. He was able to send me the quotes with a few pictures I sent him and some questions he asked me.

Pete did the removal of the water heater with great care and wasted no time.

Overall, I am very happy with the workmanship and price. Balkan plumbing was able to give me the Bradford White water heater I wanted at a much better price than other companies. I also got a military discount.

I would recommend Balkan plumbing to my friends and anybody that wants to save some time and money. The price was fair and affordable. I also got a drip pan included that was plumbed directly to my drain.

We had a basement leak and the team responded quickly, getting someone out first thing the next morning. The initial repair was fast, but the mitigation company later noticed the pipe had a negative slope toward the house, which could have caused issues down the line. We called to let them know, and they were very responsive, sending someone out right away to fix it properly. We really appreciated their quick action and willingness to make it right—great customer service!

Just had our Navien tankless water heater flushed by Balkan Plumbing. They did a great job and provided a step-by-step process so I can flush the system myself in the future. They installed the tankless water heater last year and also installed a recirculating system to help with hot water to all my fixture. Very happy with this team, competitive pricing and quality work and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

Had to work to get the repair completed, first an easy repair with the cartridges would not work and was not charged for. The complete fixtures and connections to water lines had to be replaced. All in all very happy with results technician was prompt and knowledgeable would recommend.

Working with Balkan plumbing has been a super positive experience. They were by far the most cost effective, but more importantly the work they did was outstanding. The installation of our water heater by Atanas E. was a work of art.

Had a last minute issue when I was getting an oven installed and needed a gas line cut so the appliance would fit. Called to see if they had an opening that day and they were able to diagnose the issue over the phone, and schedule me for an end of day appointment. They did a great job not only cutting the pipe, but also hooking the gas line up to the oven and finished installing it as well. Would highly recommend Balkan Plumbing!

These guys are just awesome. They installed a new hot water heater for us when I was out of town, and my wife kept commenting about how polite and pleasant they were. They were also very competitive with their bid.

The gas valve on the Bradford White HWH failed after a month, and they immediately got out and replaced it. It wasn’t their fault, but they stepped up and took care of the problem.

The thing I really like about them is their responsiveness. They answer their phones or call back immediately.

Balkon plumbing replaced my water heater and Installed a new floor drain and routed that to the house drain, Thereby correcting the original drain pipe which was exposed in my crawlspace. They were priced very reasonably and accommodated my need to have it installed before my radon mitigation installation. I have used them in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work, price and professionalism.

Probably about as good of plumbing help as you can find. Came out at 8PM when my hot water heater failed. Added me to their day the next morning (before typical hours) and were done in 30-40 min for a very reasonable price. Everything was fixed in less than 14 hours from when the problem started. This all happened in the week before Christmas as well. Extremely nice and professional. This is the second time they’ve been the only plumbing service willing to come out quickly for an emergency. Would never use a different plumbing service.

Balkan plumbing did a great job replacing our broken water heater the same day I called them (a Saturday no less). They were efficient and their price came in lower than other companies that had quoted me in the past. I will be contacting them for future plumbing needs.

Starting up the sprinklers for the season. Found a burst copper pipe near my antisiphon valve. Called Balkan Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they had a plumber at my door within the hour! The plumber assessed the repair, gave me the estimate and set right to work. The repair was beautiful and he even installed pipe insulation to hopefully help next winter. Truly appreciate the professionalism of this company. Highly responsive and efficient. Excellent customer service. Can’t recommend Balkan enough! We had a small issue related to our hot water heater install (which had nothing to do with Balkan) and they still came out and rectified the issue 2 years after the installation. They provide immediate response, and are incredibly knowledgeable.
