Great response to a leak in my humidifier. I called at 8 am on a Saturday. They got here at a little after 10 am. identified and fix the problem really quickly. Very good customer service.

We used Balkan Plumbing to replace our hot water heater. They were professional and polite throughout the process. Came home the same day to provide estimates, which was reasonable and lesser than other quotes we received. Also, they were able to come in and do the replacement the next day morning. They knew exactly what they were doing, and completed the work in around 90 minutes to perfection.

We had a great experience with Balkan replacing a leaking water pipe that flooded our utility room and sauna room. They responded immediately and replaced pipes and fixtures. They worked quickly, explained everything, answered our questions, and gave us a very fair price. Everyone from the restoration company and our neighbors who helped are impressed with their work, and we are looking to working with them again on preventative measures.

Balkan Plumbing recently installed my whole house water filter, water softener, and reverse osmosis system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Vlad from Balken Plumbing in Parker installed my Bradford White hot water and did a great job. He was personable and friendly, showed up on time with no issues at all. Balken Plumbing gave me a great price on a high end water heater $600 less than a local estimate even though they came from Parker to Elizabeth. I wouldn’t hesitate using them for plumbing, heating or water treatment.

The service from Jason was great! However, it was on the expensive side. Almost $400 to replace a drain valve on a 4 yr old water heater. $20 dollar part that takes a half hour to install. He didn’t have the drain valve, which is strange after I told the reception that the valve was Leaking and probably bad when I made the appointment. Oh well, it’s rare something breaks at a moment when I have time to fix it myself. Hopefully next time

Excellent experience with Sure Drain. Mike came out and quickly diagnosed my problem with a leaking shower, thoroughly explained what was happening, and because it was a pretty simple repair, made the recommendation that I go to Home Depot for a couple of inexpensive parts and do the repair myself to help save some money on what would likely be a 15 minute job. I can't say enough how i much appreciate Mike's honesty the fact that he didn't try to pressure me into spending money for something that I can easily take care of myself. I will definitely call on Sure Drain for future plumbing needs.

MIke and Pat arrived right on time, were very polite and professional. They quickly assessed the different items I wanted handled and completely explained each repair while giving me the repair estimate. I agreed to the repair estimate as their pricing seemed fair. They wore booties over their boots, quick to make the repairs and then fully explained each repair by showing me the different repairs/upgrades and made sure they were acceptable to me. I was very pleased with the work, their cleanup, professionalism and expertise. Too bad all plumbers can't be at least half as good as these guys.

Jason and his company are the most professional, prompt and courteous plumbing company we've ever worked with. We bought a house that needed A LOT of work, and Jason worked with us, recommending what should be done ASAP and what could wait. And then there the emergencies -- he's on it.

Answered the phone on a Sunday and the tech (Michael) was there within an hour. They also arranged and dispatched a mitigation company who arrived within 40 minutes and helped me move all my stuff out of my finished basement and started the necessary work. Michael was professional, friendly and did quality work as far as I can tell.

Miguel did a fantastic job! He let us look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be $324. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900. Miguel assured us that was not the case at all. I am so glad we were recommended to call you. Miguel was very nice, easy to talk, very professional and HONEST!!!

These guys regularly service our rental property for main line cleaning. But when my elderly parents had an emergency sewer backup at their home Jason and Dillon were there urgently to get my parents up and running! They were accommodating in doing an additional service of replacing their toilet that caused the problem on the spot. They are reasonably priced and dependable. We highly recommend them!

6/30/17 - Thank you Sure Comfort. My plea reached the right person and they quickly fixed the problem. The end result is excellent.

5/28/17 - How long should it take for a company to "make it right" when they damage property? It's been six months with some promises to "make it right", but no action. I contracted to have them install a new toilet in my rental which they did on December 2016. However, in doing it, they tore up the bathroom linoleum floor. We've called and emailed numerous times, and several times they promised that their repair person would make contact with us and "make it right". I feel like the spurned lover,... sitting, waiting, with no contact or follow through. They charge top dollar for their service. You would think they would provide top service for it. Not in my case!

I was panicking due to a gas leak from my hot water heater - on a Friday afternoon, no less! Jason fit me into his schedule! He was so courteous and professional - plus reasonably priced! I highly recommend him for repairs!

Great service! The appointment setters were prompt and nice, easy to deal with. My technician called exactly 15 minutes before my appointment window, showed up exactly when he said, fixed my issue, played with my dog, gave me good information for the next time, and left my house very clean. Extremely impressed - would definitely use again.

Our sprinklers had been making a banging sound for months this summer. After having multiple sprinkler companies out with no luck in diagnosing the issue, we called Sure Comfort our to see if they could fix it. Dylan came out late in the evening (on his birthday!) and was able to immediately troubleshoot and fixed the problem with our pressure regulating valve. We are so relieved to not have to listen to the awful noise every time the sprinklers run! He was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to us, impressive since he was at the end of a very long day! We will definitely be calling these guys for any plumbing needs. They seem honest and their prices were reasonable.

I had a bathtub that the overflow screws rotted and snapped creating a huge mess. Miguel came over and fixed everything. I appreciate that he showed me video footage of the repairs and let me know there was no mold from the leakage. Phew! We have used Sure Comfort in the past and one time found a leak on a repaired line when the water was turned back on in the summer. They sent somebody out to fix it right away under their warranty no questions asked. So we will continue to use them and recommend them to anybody in need of honest plumbing and ac (at least that's what we've used).

Tracy N was awesome! I was his last job in a long 14-hour day and he was still extremely professional. He explained exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix it and quoted me a price and he even gave me a 2 year guarantee on his work! Will definitely use this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Called Jason with my needs, he gave me an estimate and some advice over the phone. Showed up the next day and did a great job. Will definitely use again.
