Called Sure Comfort Services at 8:15AM. Scheduled an appointment for 13:00 - 15:00hrs. The technician (Miguel) let me know via phone at 13:05 he'd arrived, confirmed what condo unit I was in. He looked at a repair that was needed, but wasn't an immediate crisis for me and sent me an estimate and let me know what would need to be done and why to make that happen. He proceeded on to the more pressing issue at hand and took care of everything. He departed about an hour later. He made sure the sink was working fine and draining as expected before he left. The technician was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for sending Miguel. I hope everyone gets the service I enjoyed.

Jason was fantastic. He did a variety of repairs required by the inspection while selling my home. He was efficient, communicated great, and approached each item in a practical manner - plus he squeezed me into schedule so I could meet the necessary dates!

This company is amazing. This is the second time I have requested service from them for my furnace. I called at the close of business Friday night due to my furnace malfunctioning and spoke with Cheryl (sp?) and she tried her best to get a tech out before Sunday. Unfortunately they were unable to but offered to place my family in a hotel or bring space heaters of their own into my house because of the extremely low temperatures this weekend. I could not believe that a company would be willing to go so above and beyond for their clients! It really brought tears to my eyes. Problem is now fixed and we were told that chances are a part may need to be replaced soon, but should be good to go for the time being. Easiest and cheapest route to take while I get a home warranty in order. Prices are more than reasonable. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. This company has a customer for life! Thank you so much!!

When the worst happened and my water heater went out... Jason came to the rescue. Called in the morning, and by the evening everything was checked, replaced, and above code. Exceptional quality and thoroughness in his work, and will be my go to plumber from now on. Thanks!

Our shower faucet had a hot water leak that was gradually getting worse. After doing some research, I was pretty sure that the washer or a rubber O-ring had failed on the handle. Unfortunately, this requires a plumber’s deep socket to fix. Since it was a simple job, we decided to have a plumber come out.

I reached out to Sure Comfort services and described the issue however they refused to provide an estimate. They would only state it would cost $45 to have a plumber dispatched. With a feeling of foreboding, I went ahead and set the appointment. However, for some reason, Sure Comfort decided to move our appointment without confirming. Naturally, when the plumber came to the house, no one was home. Luckily, there was a gap in their schedule and he was able to return 3 hours later.

He assessed the situation and confirmed my initial suspicion. He replaced a washer and spring. Total time for diagnostics, repair, billing and payment was a little over 30min. I thought great! Then came the invoice. Sure Fit Comfort somehow deemed that the service was worth $$350. You already pay the $45 for the visit so you are bound to pay the rest or lose that $45. This should have no more than $100. The washer/spring are roughly $10 for a set at Home Depot. I am completely disgusted with Sure Comfort Services and their exorbitant prices. The sad truth is when you get a professional, you expect to get ripped off a little, but this was excessive even with that expectation. Save yourself the trouble and book a plumber elsewhere!

Jason, from the beginning showed true professionalism during the bid process with his knowledge base regarding his skills and ability. He covered the code requirements for the project and made sure I understood what was needed to make the required changes. When he replaced the water heater, he was intent on keeping his work area clean and left it that way. The peace of mind of a job well done is what I am keeping in mind for my next plumbing project with Jason. We had a project at our house and unexpectedly needed a plumber. Sure Comfort had someone at our house in two hours! They assessed the problem, came up with a bid, and were able to do the job the same day. Miguel was polite, professional, and did a great job. I had a very welcomed experience with this company. I called short notice for a gas test installation for a new gas line installed by a different company. Sure Comfort was able to accommodate very quickly, and was very communicative about the time window they would be arriving. Michal was the technician that arrived and was very friendly, and knowledgeable. If we need plumbing done with any future projects, we will absolutely be using this company again.

We thought we needed a drain cleaning. It turns out it was much worse. The drain pipe had no bottom. Dominic bid $1,135.00 for 2 ft x 3ft area of concrete floor in the basement for removal to fix the pipe. We had 2 other bids. One for $2,000 to $3,000 and one was almost $11,000. Dominic did as much as he could in excavation of the pipe (roughly 2 ft x 5 ft) for the price he bid. I believe that Sure Comfort has done a lot of work for what we paid them. We are not done yet but I feel Sure Comfort is working hard to help us in a challenging situation.
Sure Comfort movie star water heater over about 18in so they could access the floor there was going to be have to be jackhammered up. They also cleared the trench and and stop digging once the pipe had good solid Integrity. They want up replacing a little over 15 feet of drain line and it had been bid for 35 feet. Because they didn't have to take it the full 35 feet they went and dropped the bed price on the repair by over $1, 200. So we wound up paying much less and what they did for it they're willing to adjust their willing to work with you they sealed up the trench everything it was you was a good job I have no complaints with Sure Comfort Plumbing. Job well done guys thank you very much.

They got my new water heater installed same day that I called and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Very professional and clean, Jason used shoe protectors when in the house and was careful not to let my cats out. He answered all my questions and was very clear on what I should expect and how to maintain my new water heater down the road. Absolutely hands down the most professional plumbing service I have ever used!! My utility sink started filing up when I started a load of linens that I needed for work the following day. I spoke with Jason and he came out that next morning to resolve the issue before my work day started. I will be using Jason from Pure Drain Services for all of my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Sure Comfort and if I ever need another plumber, I know who to call. They were both very professional and quickly diagnosed where my leak was coming from. As I have old poly B pipes, they made a quick run for supplies and fixed the problem quickly. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies that I have used. My dog also really loved them, and she is a great judge of character.
