We had a great experience with Pure Service Plumbing!

We had an issue with one of our sinks/garbage disposals causing a backup and Pure Service Plumbing (specifically Jason) was super responsive, helpful and provided excellent service. I called at 5pm on a Wednesday evening and they were able to send someone out first thing the next morning and walked us through what water was okay to use versus not use in the next few hours before they could get someone out to us.

They showed up on time, gave us upfront information about pricing and did a great job fixing our issue. We would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for any plumbing needs we may have!

My kitchen sink was backed up and the water kept rising. I called a few plumbers who told me I would have to wait two days for an appointment. I then called Jason and he was able to come out that day. I live in a condo (2nd floor) with a common drain line with my neighbors. He tried to clear the line from my condo, but was unable to. He offered to come back the next day and go through my upstairs neighbor's sink. They agreed and he came back, as promised, and got it all cleared. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and determined to find a fix for me. I am so thankful I found Pure Service Plumbing.

First I should say that I actually wasn't even able to use this company. We had a clogged kitchen drain, and I was able to get in touch with Jason immediately. He called me back to let me know that he checked and his drain auger was currently not working. He gave me a referral to another plumber that he knew in Parker. I ended up contacting this plumber who happened to be on vacation. Jason at Pure Service took the time to follow up via text message to see if I was able to find help. When I told him that I was unable to schedule anything with his referral, he was genuinely concerned and told me that he was going to start working on his drain auger to see if he could get it running. As promised, he called that afternoon to let me know that he was unable to get it working...BUT he did find me another referral. While he was buying supplies for jobs, he noticed another company's van and started talking to the owners. He told me that they seemed like a reputable small business and that he told them about my situation. He also informed me that if I called this other company, that they had promised to take care of my issue as soon as possible...and they did. So, this is a long story to say that Jason went out of his way MULTIPLE times to find me help even though he knew that he ultimately wasn't going to get my business this time. I can't thank him enough, and I promise that he will not only get our business in the future, but I will highly recommend him to our neighbors and friends. Thank you Jason!

I called Jason after hours when we had our exterior hose assembly break (been waiting on it for years!). Jason answered immediately and made it over right away, parts and tools ready to go. He was quick, clean and very fair on price! I will look to Jason for future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend.

My 10 year old water heater for my house needed replacement and I came across Jason in my search for quality companies with a fair price. In this process, Jason stood out from the pack for his responsiveness, professionalism and overall determination to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

One of my buddy's highly recommended Jason for a job I needed done quickly as my plumber couldn't come out for 2 weeks. Jason answered the phone and scheduled an appointment to come out the next day. Jason was great to work with. Replaced my water heater the next day at a reasonable price. I had a pipe with a pinhole leak he discovered after the water heater was replaced and he didn’t leave til that was fixed. Would recommend and will use going forward.

Jason quickly assessed and corrected a poorly fit coupling and a failed shut off valve in my home. Several other plumbers failed to identify the coupling issue.

Called Jason because the house system was backed up and needed someone immediately due to a main line clog on a septic system! He came out was super professional and offered great customer service which mind you lacks in today’s world and got my line cleared. Would recommend for all my plumbing needs!

Jason came out today.. a Sunday, quickly assessed the sink drain situation, noticed that it was both leaking and improperly installed, explained why and then proceeded to take it apart, then repair and reinstall the drain. It has a much more cleaner and more efficient look. He then recommended how its should be periodically cleaned and maintained. He was done within the hour. A thoroughly professional job at a reasonable price. Thanks again!

Jason at Pure Service Plumbing has god-level knowledge. My water heater went out after a power outage, and after I tried to get it back on-line, it just seemed dead. I called Puer Service to make an appt, but just talking with Jason on the phone and sending him a few pics of my water heater, he was able to walk me through a few tricks he knew (that even ChatGPT had no clue of) that got my water heater back online. He didn't even charge me for his time, which I would have been happy to pay, because cold showers suck. Knowledgeable and trustworthy are hard to come by these days, Pure Service is the only plumbing company I will ever be calling to help me in the future.

I would recommend this company, they did a nice job on the estimate and the installation. I really liked how the reviewed all they did and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the new system.

Our water heater stopped working unexpectedly on a Sunday night. We called namaste plumbing and they answered promptly and even came and looked at it that same night. I could not recommend this company enough! 10/10

I called Namaste Plumbing for a pipe leak that happened right outside my door, I live in a condominium. My HOA said the leak is inside, and thats when I called Namaste Plumbing. The team on Namaste Plumbing was on time and very professional. I would definitely use Namaste Plumbing again for all my plumbing need.

Had a pipe burst on an exterior faucet and these folks showed up within 20 minutes on a Sunday to help with the emergency leak. Then less then an hour later, totally fixed, waters running and I couldn't be happier. Using these folks for future plumbing projects as well, thanks again fellas!!
