I found these guys on Google. They were very responsive and made sure I had a quote prior to arrival.

To my surprise once they arrived they adjusted the quote to be cheaper as I over counter initially. They could have easily gone ahead without the price adjustment but they have integrity.

Additionally RJ was my technician and he was very prompt and did an impressive job. I think my favorite part was how the smell got incrementally better as RJ did his job.

Chris did a great job with our carpets! We had a few stains and quite a bit of ground in dirt, but Chris came in and made sure that they look as good as can be! He was on time for the cleaning and very efficient and kind. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

Scheduled a cleaning for 4 bedrooms, hallway, staircase and cushions on dining chairs. RJ was efficient and proactive in his communication. I was gone during the cleaning, but my adult daughter was present. He texted me during the cleaning and said there were some tough spots he really couldn't get out but he said he did the best he could. He said he would not charge for the cushions because of it. When I got home, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the carpets were still exceptionally clean, and although I could still see some of the spots he was referring to, it was far better than I had expected. I will hire Pristine Carpet Cleaning again.
