Chris did an excellent job cleaning my Stepdad’s carpet that had dog urine smell and were dirty. He arrived on time, was very thorough, and explained the process. I highly recommend this small, local company. 😊

I’ve had our carpets cleaned once before by a big brand company, and it was ok. I thought that was as good as it gets. But Pristine was AMAZING! They fit me in the next day after the other company canceled my appointment because it was too cold outside. Not only could they fit me in on a 4 degree day, their prices were reasonable and fair. Chris arrived right on time, and he explained everything he was doing. The scent left in the home was a nice, citrus smell but not overpowering. They sanitize your carpet too as part of their service! Oh, and the company I hired before couldn’t get a stain out last year…Chris got it out completely and our carpet looks brand new. We won’t use anyone else. Learning about their 30 day guarantee was a nice surprise after such a positive experience beginning to end.

I am super happy with the results we got from our recent carpet cleaning. Chris showed up on time and did a thorough assessment prior to cleaning. We decided to go with a basic cleaning to try and rid the carpet of some pet stains and odors. He didn’t pressure me to buy a more expensive package and did a really good job. The room, hallway, and stair landing we had cleaned already smelled and looked 100x better. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as the guy came into the house the bad customer service started... Justin was rude, then when I was not satisfied with the job the manager showed up, Ed, he presented himself by being argumentative and made excuses for his horrible workmanship. Never have I dealt with such a rude, obnoxious man, with complete lack of regard for my family, he made my wife and child cry and I had to throw him out of the house!

In addition nearly 12 hrs after the work is done and the floors are mostly dry not a quick dry, and they feel like soap scum all over and are hardly as clean as there 100% satisfaction guarantee. Also there is soap stains on the wood.

Ed never went up the stairs to the other rooms where I was saying it was also wet. He never offered a viable solution to fixing the leftover soap scup all over the surface and the walls. In fact he specifically said his machines can’t just throw water down. Look at other reviews about Ed. He has other bad reviews that are similar to mine. You claim to have a 100%
satisfaction guarantee but after talking to Ed, it appears all you want to do is scam as much money out of your customers as possible. If someone who is reasonably and a responsible owner wants to call me to discuss this further I’m all ears.

I wanted to get my carpets cleaned before the Christmas Holiday, and it had been a while. Pristine Carpet Cleaning helped me solve my cleaning by sending Chris out. Chris arrived early and did an outstanding job with my carpeting and the stairs.

Thank you Pristine -- it was an amazing service, and my rooms look fresh, renewed and fabulous. I will absolutely call them for my upstairs and recommend them to all my friends.

We recently had the pleasure of having Chris from Pristine Carpet Cleaning work his magic on our carpets, and wow, what a transformation! We were referred to Pristine Carpet Cleaning by our good friends and neighbors, and it turned out to be an awesome referral!

Chris tackled 4 rooms, two walk-in closets, a loft area, and a long corridor with finesse. But the real showstopper was his restoration of the carpet on our 16 stairs and one landing leading to the basement. Despite their dire condition, Chris brought them back to life like a carpet wizard.

I want to be fair with my review. I did have an unpleasant experience with Pristine Carpet Cleaning, but the cleaning and follow-up appointments were not the issue. Justin and Vickie were on time, polite and did a good job.

My issue and what I want to warn people about is the bait and switch estimate we were given and what the owner is like when dealing with a customer issue. Hopefully, this will save someone the headache of being scammed out of $118 and screamed at by the owner Eddie.

**Disclaimer—I understand that Pristine states in emails and online that the estimate can change when the technician arrives. However, there is also a fee listed online for canceling services if for instance the technician almost doubles your estimate**

Here is what happened to me:
I sent in a photo of a couch EXACTLY like mine so I could get a more accurate estimate to price compare with other companies. They quoted me $167. When the technician arrived, I was not home. They told my roommate I gave the wrong description and our sectional actually costs $285. Not knowing Pristine made an error (customer service even admitted it was their fault) on the estimate and not wanting to be charged a fee for canceling on site she went ahead with the cleaning.

Increasing the price 170% from $167 to $285 is excessive, and when you consider customers are charged a fee if they cancel, Pristine’s tactics look predatory.

I found other reviews that also had issues with bait and switch tactics. Just beware that the price they quote is probably a lowball price to get their foot in the door and they will switch it on you when you are already committed.

Lastly, when addressing my issue with the owner, he was obnoxious. Eddie screamed and yelled at me. He refused to hear me out and threatened legal action if I tell anyone what he said. I think this is the biggest red flag of all, when a company tries to quiet anyone with an issue rather than addressing it. JUST BE CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I've been in the Denver area my entire life and have used what I feel like is every carpet cleaning business, both chain and local. This is single-handedly the only business that's met my expectations continuously for years. Chris is one of those guys that you wish the best for, as he is honest, sincere and definitely tries his best at his work. Greatest carpet cleaning business ever.
