What a great experience! They were able to get me scheduled right away, great communication and updates on when they would get to the house. Chris was super professional, friendly, courteous and did a great job cleaning our carpet! I’m sooo pleased 😀

I had my carpets and upholstery cleaned in December 2025 and everything turned out fantastic. Scheduling was easy and fast and the job was top-notch. I’m very pleased. This is the second time I’ve used this company and they did an amazing job.

I had an excellent experience with Pristine Carpet Cleaning Services from start to finish. I needed a very quick turnaround, and when I called, the customer service was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They were able to schedule me for the very next morning at a great price.
RJ was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic, clear communication, provided an exact ETA, and arrived within minutes of his estimated time, which I really appreciated. He was personable, professional, and did a great job cleaning the carpets.
Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and the results were great. I would absolutely recommend Pristine Carpet Cleaning Services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I debated doing this review and contacted this company by email a few weeks ago. No response to date. A month and a half ago I had these folks out to clean my wifes daycare space in our finished basement. It took only about an hour and he said it was a dry chemical process to clean them. The basement is about 1,000 sq feet. Cost to clean was 351.00 for an hours work. At 1st they seemed clean, but after 1 of our dogs decided to have a potty accident down there I cleaned it with my little Hoover machine. These pictures tell a very diffrent story!!!

These guys are super! They fit me in with very short notice, explained what they were doing and did a great job on a carpet I was sure they would have issues with. Pure Magic! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and will certainly use them again!

Dream Catcher did an amazing job today! We were searching around for a company to clean up our dogs accidents from our carpet. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, plus we loved that it was a family owned business! The prices were fair, they charge per square foot instead of by room. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning!

Clarence did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. A couple of small stains are completely gone and the rest of the house looks great. He explained all of my options before getting started and charged a very fair price. Doing a good job normally earns 4/5 stars in my book, but this gets a 5 because Clarence really went above and beyond - he’s friendly, polite, and very interesting! I’d recommend his company to anyone in need of a carpet cleaning and I’ll look forward to giving him a call for another round next year.

Clarence made my carpet looking brand new and odor free from dog urine that I had thought wouldn't come out since it was previously just shampooed. Thank you so much for coming out and making the experience so welcoming and comfortable! Your phenomenal at what you do!!

10/10 recommend. He is efficient, knowledgable, and professional. I appreciate that he was able to remove a very old stain without upselling. He explained several options to me on ways to meet our families needs. High attention to detail, he caught other stains. He was careful to protected my floors and corners while cleaning. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great! Very easy/quick to set up an appointment, and on our appointment day they arrived early. Clarence was very transparent about what needed done and what the process would look like. He was very personable and fun to chat with, as was his associate (I am so sorry, I don't remember your name, but you were great too!). Cleaning took no time at all and removed all the pet odors/stains we had around the house from owning many dogs and fostering another. Price was fantastic and the house smells great now. I picked this company based on google reviews and I was not disappointed. Clarence was absolutely wonderful to deal with, gave me an appointment within just a few days, and came out and did an excellent job cleaning my relatively new carpet that had some doggy accidents on it. Will 100% hire him again when it's time for another cleaning!

Phenomenal quality of work (carpets look great!), owner did a great job explaining all the products he uses (My partner is sensitive to certain chemicals), the owner even waited patiently for my partner to finish a work session before he turned on his cleaning machines.

We had our carpets done a few months ago. Have tried a few different places, but will always go with dream catcher now. We had some cat accident areas and I am so sensitive to smelling it and finally the smell is gone!! after dream catcher cleaned the area. The owner is so friendly and talks thru everything with you, and then learning he's an animal lover as well was just a bonus.

Most amazing carpet cleaning experience ever! My dog was sick and had an accident on our carpet. My main concern when finding a cleaning service was not only to make sure everything was completely extracted, but also sanitized. Clarence fit me in right away and he used a hydrogen peroxide treatment in addition to the steam extraction which left our carpets squeaky clean and completely sanitized! He rolled out a “red carpet” to protect our flooring and stairwell as well as wall guards to protect the corners so the hoses didn’t damage the walls or baseboards. I’ve used many different companies for steam cleaning in the different places I’ve lived and no one compares to the high standard that Clarence has for his company. He was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. Our carpets looked fantastic when the job was complete! Thank you!!

Dream Catcher and we are old friends now. It’s been more than 10 years of visits and and I’m happy to report that after our recent cleaning a couple of days ago, our almost-white carpet and our upholstered chair and sofa are looking great and new again.
