Great working with Pristine Carpet Cleaning. They're communicative, punctual, and reasonable with pricing. We had them clean the carpets for 2 bds + stairwell and carpets turned out nice and clean.

RJ has cleaned my carpets two years in a row now and done an excellent job both times. The first time an old roommates cat had peed on my carpet, and he came back multiple times over the next month to make sure it was taken care of. He did such a good job that our new kitten hasn’t even looked twice at that spot and tried to mark over it for himself. RJ cleans quick and is a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend.

I am so happy with the job Chris did. My carpet is light colored and I was ready to replace it because I felt like it had seen its day (though only 3 years old). I couldn't be happier about the outcome.

Vickie from pristine was so great and very professional. They were quick and efficient and were in and out in less than an hour after doing the entire basement! Also, as an added bonus, Vickie gave me tips and tricks for keeping my furniture fabric looking nice and clean. Will absolutely be a repeat customer. Changing my review after our second experience here. We have used their service before. The first time we had a good experience. However the second time after they cleaned we notice that our carpet was bubbling and lifting. We called them 3 times and they would never call us back, when we finally got them on the phone the owner Eddie raised his voice at us telling us our carpet was installed incorrectly and it wasn’t their fault. He interrupted and spoke over me multiple times to the point where I hung up because I couldn’t get a word in. I would absolutely not recommend this company, the fact that they are not willing to do right by their customers and be so disrespectful when we have been a repeat customer. I wish I had read the previous one star reviews to see that the owner seems has yelled at other customers before.

I have worked with Pristine to clean my primary and several rentals and they are an amazing team. RJ is super detailed and prompt and gets spots out that I have tackled with no results! I also think they are super affordable for the value you get so I always work with them. The lastest rental RJ cleaned was in such bad shape. I thought I would have to replace the carpet. But he had it looking new in less than two hours! I highly recommend them to others!

We have used them twice and had a horrible experience the second time. The owner Eddie raise his voice after we had told them our carpet had bubbled after they cleaned, instead of trying to listen and have some decency of being a human being he was completely disrespectful, I’ve never had a experience with an owner that rude and it looks like he has a habit of yelling and making customers uncomfortable several times. I recently had my carpets cleaned and wanted to share my experience. The upstairs bedroom and hallway turned out great, and the downstairs room looks really good as well. However, the stairs still look worn and could have been cleaned much better.

My biggest concern is with the living room. I had moved the couch before the team arrived, but the area where the couch used to be was only vacuumed—not cleaned—yet I was charged for the entire living room. It also seems like only the pet stains were treated. Aside from those spots looking better, the rest of the carpet looks the same as it did before the cleaning.

The service had some positives, but there were areas that definitely fell short of my expectations.

I've used Pristine Carpet Cleaning several times and they always do an excellent job! Scheduling is easy, pricing is extremely fair, customer service is great, and my carpets look amazing. Highly recommend!
