Used to be a great service. The past few months, they've been inconsistent in every way, including mutiple cancelations.

The ladies who clean our house every 2 weeks do a wonderful and thorough job. I highly recommend this cleaning service.

I have the same young ladies who clean for us. They listened to my standards, and I can trust them to do a wonderful job every time. So grateful!

Worst cleaning service I have ever used. I tried to work with them but it never got better. After letting them go and cleaned my own house, I realized how little they did. I am wondering if the positive reviews were self generated. I can’t possibly be the exception. Sad way to run a business.

We’ve used this cleaning service for several years now. They are extremely friendly and reliable! It’s a bit costly, and on occasion I‘ve had to follow up on a few things that get overlooked during cleanings, but they are responsive and accommodating when it’s brought to their attention.

The 3 ladies that came to the house were friendly, considerate, followed COVID guidelines by wearing a mask and social distancing, did a great job, and were very efficient. I highly recommend Maid Brigade!

The deep clean job was done extremely well and the ladies were very personable. I am now having them do general housecleaning and it was again wonderful! I would highly recommend this service.

I called last week to schedule cleaning this week. No response. I went on line and scheduled cleaning for tomorrow 5.25.2021. Online said I'd be contacted as follow-up. No contact. One last try today - called both their new customer # and their established customer # and no call back. Their website says "Our Maid Brigade family is in the office Monday through Friday, and we answer our phones!" It's simply not true! Too bad, I had a lot of business for them.

I absolutely love Maid Brigade and the team that cleans my home. I look forward to them coming to clean because when I get home, my place looks amazing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning service!

The girls from the maid brigade are always friendly and quick. The house always look great when they leave. I'd recommend to anyone who needs the occasional cleaning!

I've had Maid Brigade coming to my house for several years now. They never cease to amaze how they make my house look new again. Never had a problem. Highly recommended.

The maid brigade has been a favorite company of mine! We are not organized people and have 2 large puppies who track in untold horrors. They are wonderful trustworthy people who do an excellent job week after week!

I had tiles broken in my bathroom (2) and both tiles were removed from my house. I requested the return of the tiles so I could repair the damage but they were not returned. The maids did not inform me of the damage and left the house quickly. This will be very costly as the house is older so will never be able to match the tiles. I find this incident unacceptable. Accidents happen, but my not informing me and removing my property from my house increases the criticality.

Unorganized and doesn't follow their own schedules. They don't bill you for several months and then whine when you don't immediately HOP to paying their bill after coincidentally whining about the temperatures the next day. Coincidence? I think not. If you don't pick up before they come, they will completely ignore the rooms they are supposed to clean- repeatedly. Some staff has shown up reeking of pot. They can't figure out how to take the trash out, even though that is what they get paid for. I have had to complain about an incomplete clean more times than not and when the found out about my review, they sent me a snarky text message about it. STAY AWAY- you would be better to set your money on fire rather than use this service.

I have been a very happy Maid Brigade customer for several years. They do a fast, efficient, and professional job and have been very flexible with scheduling: I'm always requesting time changes which they always accommodate cheerfully.

Great communication by the front office but that's about it. The maids that came to clean my empty condo before I moved in missed several obvious spots that needed attention. Would suggest to anyone that you be home when the service is being performed so you know things will get done thoroughly.

The employees are professionally trained in their job. They are also very courteous, responsible, hard-working and wish to please the customer. And because they know their job well, they are very efficient and quick. The employees seem happy with their job and the company that they work for. Which is also important. I was able to personally meet with the owner/manager of the company as well. (a very kind and caring lady) I am very pleased with the team the company has given me. I would recommend this company to others. I truly believe everyone there puts their best effort into this venture.
