I can't say it enough just what a great group you all are. I have you cleaning my office and my home and I am always very satisfied with the work that is done. I always get a timely response from the office staff if I need anything. Everyone is just wonderful to work with. I would recommend Maid Brigade of North Denver to anyone looking for great service at a very fair price.

Great, detailed clean! I tried two other services and had horrible experiences! I wasn’t very hopeful, but my home was sparkling clean after the Maid Brigade came. The customer service and communication has been great as well. I’m now scheduled for regular cleanings with Maid Brigade and can’t wait to come home again to a sparkling home!

The ladies that came were very nice and trustworthy, but unfortunately, the quality of service was quite poor. Dirt still left in room corners, showers very visibly not scrubbed, kitchen counter not wiped down, vents still left very dusty, walls not spot cleaned. We had ordered a deep cleaning, and as someone who used to clean houses, I can say that we received a light cleaning at best. The maids were only there for 1hr 20min. Possible miscommunication there. Dominique at the office was very understanding and adjusted our fee (bumped up my rating by a star), but I cannot say I would recommend Maid Brigade based on our experience.

If you are looking for a great cleaning service that you can trust, I highly recommend Maid Brigade! They were on time and knew just what they had to do. My cleaners arrived and went straight to work, cleaning everything from top to bottom...windows (inside), cobwebs in corners, my floors are shiny, and everything is dusted. They even shook the dust out of my curtains! My bathrooms sparkle! I am SO happy with this service and plan on being a long-time client. Thank you, Maid Brigade!

The Maid Brigade is an Excellent cleaning company. The girls always show up on time, they work very hard and the house is beautiful & smells clean when they leave. I have always been sent 3 maids which was great, they take separate areas and get them thoroughly clean and do it all so quickly.

The owner is on top of his business. He schedules the house cleaners, lets me know their time frame which is pretty much the same each visit. He charges my Visa and it’s done that fast & easy.

I highly recommend them if you have cleaning needs. They do regular weekly, Bi-weekly, & monthly cleaning. Perfect for me.

I used the service a few years back to clean a rental after the tenants moved out and honestly the place looked like new and was ready to re-rent right away.

You will be yet another happy customer if you give them a call.

I have used Maid Brigade twice a month for years. The past several months have been awful. Between them cancelling for "staffing" issues, then charging me additional fees because they said I cancelled, then having to complain because they're cleaning is awful, they've used the wrong product after being told multiple times to use Bona hardwood cleaning (that I provide each cleaning) has left a residue on my hardwood floors that has required me to get on my hands and knees to scrape off the floors, mirrors looks like their cleaned with pledge and leave a foggy residue on them, floors aren't always vacuumed. Recently I had to cancel a cleaning because we had a bathroom remodel and cancelled 3 days prior to my cleaning, when Maid Bridge returned to clean 2 weeks later I was charged an additional $30 and after inquiring why again that random charge, was informed that that because I had cancelled it automatically charged the additional fee because it takes longer to clean my house and charged me the monthly fee not bi-monthly. I'm not sure if there is new management or owner but they've become pure trash!!! Shady, unethical and just downright sleazy.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, horrible scheduling issues and did not show up without any notice to scheduled time.

I scheduled a cleaning by email back in September for October 20th and they did not show up at all. I tried calling multiple times but was only able to get in contact with someone by email. They told me the cleaning was scheduled for October 21st and they would not send a cleaner out to accommodate their mistake.

When I told them I needed someone out that day because it was the only thing that worked with my work schedule, they told me they would make any time I needed later in the week work, and then would not follow through on accommodating my schedule needs AFTER THEIR MISTAKE. They stopped responding to me after I told them again that I needed the appointment on a specific day for a reason.

Would not recommend if you want consistent scheduling. Management is not helpful at all, even when it was their own fault this issue arose.

Great pricing for outstanding services! Shiny floors and well cleaned cabinets. Bathrooms spotless as are every place in home. Definitely worth recommending and a wonderful investment.

You get what you pay for. Nice lady . okay job though . a "deep clean" is a regular clean though . And things were not completed. SOME cabinets were wiped down on the outside only. And some werent wiped at all . Some blinds were cleaned . Others not. Cracks of the window seem were left piles with dirt, but the middle section looked good . The help was nice, but definitely not a professional cleaner .

This was my third season with Grounded Lawn. They do a great job! The crew is reliable and performs a professional service of mowing, trimming and blowing. The management is also great. Matt always communicates to me if there will be a day change, which is rare, and if I reach out to him with a question he always responses quickly. Matt makes me feel like they appreciate my business. I have also used the snow removal service and they do a great job with that too. Grounded lawn is professional, reliable and a great value.
