I hired Nick and his team for basically an entire overhaul of our yard - demo of the existing fence and railroad tie retaining wall, new fence, new 100ft two-tiered stone retaining wall, significant grading and moving dirt around to make our yard more spacious and functional, and planting trees. I am so happy with the finished product! Nick was patient and helpful as we considered the scope of the project, helped to keep it within our budget, and churned out a quality job at a much lower cost than the other 3 estimates I received. Could not recommend Grounded Lawn more!

We recently moved into a new build and hired Grounded Lawn for our fence and backyard landscape. Not only were we impressed with how quickly he was able to finish both jobs, he did it beautifully and flawlessly and was competitively priced.

Also worth noting he was super helpful when it came to answering the plethora of questions we had (us knowing nothing about landscaping never having done it before). He helped us with the layout design for the backyard, and with deciding on what types of trees and shrubs would look nicely together. Everything turned out perfectly how we’d envisioned and we are very pleased we hired Grounded Lawn for the job.

Nick is very knowledgeable, honest, professional, friendly, great at communicating during all times of the process and very meticulous paying close attention to the small details. I would highly recommend his services, as he has done landscape and fences for several neighbors in our community. If you choose Grounded Lawn you will not be disappointed!

We hired Nick after seeing some of the other completed backyards in our neighborhood. We were expecting a total sticker shock after being quoted by 4 other companies and we'd have to say we weren't. We actually added to our plans. Nick is very professional, honest and on time. Definitely, his honesty and overall work is why we hired Grounded Lawn Landscaping.

Like the dentist or Dr. you do everything in your power to keep for as long as possible, Grounded Lawn is cut from the same cloth. You are not going to find a better land scrapping company for the quality and price! In an age where everyone is raising prices Nick and the team at GL honored last years prices for all their return clients. Their knowledge is unmatched and their attention to detail is impeccable. All the things you want and expect from lawn care professionals. You won’t be disappointed!

Grounded Lawn recently transformed both our front and backyard landscaping, replacing rocks, installing new pavers and sod, and overall simplifying and cleaning up the plantings. Nick was very easy to work with and collaborated with us to give us what we were wanting. We changed more than a few things along the way and he was always very responsive. His team was professional and prompt and we would definitely work with him again.

We have them service our retail store and the service for anything other than grass cutting is terrible, always an excuse why the job wasn’t done properly

Just saw a woman pulling a garbage can drop it and everything went everywhere. A gentleman in a Martinson hoodie outside of the Starbucks on the corner of 17th and Lawrence ran over and helped pick everything up. Really speaks to the quality of employees working for this company! Outstanding quality and makes me glad to know they’re the kind of people taking care of this part of downtown! Not to mention the sidewalks are pristine, even with the snowfall today!

Martinson Services is a company that puts customer satisfaction first!! They have many years of experience and I have witnessed first hand the pride they take in a job well done. With the core of the Company employees being from North Dakota, they know how to deal with snow, ice and understand how important it is to their customers to keep the customers and employees that come to their business safe.

I have been working with Martinson on snow removal for the past 20 years or so and they've never disappointed me. They do a great job on the snow removal and at the end of the season they come out and fix any accidental damage with no complaints, and quickly too! They are also great supporters of charity, in my case the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley. Chad responds immediately to any email he receives from me, and I rarely have trouble getting him on the phone. They really want their customers to be happy with their services.

If I could give this company no stars I would! They did not prepare my soil correctly so when they put the sod down it didn’t adhere to the soil and it’s turning brown and dying and it also has weeds In between the grasses which they blame on the neighbors because the neighbors have weeds. I explained to them when I put the sod and that I wasn’t going to do a sprinkler system because I could not do it where I live and to use the right kind of grass so would not turn brown. I’ve asked Arturo on several occasions what I can do to get this lawn to not turn brown and all they do is make excuses. And then I had her do the lawn service and she overcharged me for a couple weeks and now is harassing me about $10. I would steer clear of this company as they don’t stand behind their product. Money wasted.

This company does excellent work. They just recently installed a french drain and regraded my property. They came when they said they would and I was very happy with the work. I would recommend them for your landscaping needs!

Arturo planted 50+ trees, bushes, and shubs for us over years. Him and his crew are professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We hired Adame for landscaping and drainage installation after learning (the hard way) that our yard was sloped towards the house instead of away from it. After getting quotes from several contractors, Adame gave a quote we could trust and at a reasonable price. Arturo and his team were responsive, friendly, and went about the project quickly over a 3 day period. During this time, they removed existing gravel, added soil to regrade the yard slope, replaced the gravel over the newly sloped soil, added sod, and installed a French drain. Each day, Arturo checked in with me or my husband, showed us the progress and updated us on next steps.

We had a different company do work previously on our sump pump exits and they ended up cutting the power line to our sprinkler system (and were not able to correct the issue). We have since hired Adame to come out to repair the cut power line. While many landscapers have quoted us out 1-2 months due to the volume of rain Colorado has received this year, Adame was able to work us into their schedule quickly.

Adame was originally recommended to us by a close friend who has a deep Rolodex of contractors.

I noticed a different customer commented about her sod dying. Sod typically does require watering at first, even if the type of grass doesn't require regular watering after it's "taken" to the soil. Since our sprinkler line was cut, we have manually watered the sod 3x daily for 2 weeks until it's taken to the soil and can grow on its own more sustainably.
