As someone who owns multiple multi-family units, I expected professionalism and reliability from Ascent Multifamily HVAC & Home Solutions—but unfortunately, I experienced the exact opposite. They completely messed up every single AC unit they worked on across my properties. The quality of work was unacceptable, and it’s been a nightmare trying to get anything resolved.

What’s worse is the attitude. Michael, in particular, was extremely rude and dismissive any time I tried to address the issues. I’ve dealt with many vendors over the years, and this was by far one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences.

I would not trust them with any property, big or small. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere.
