Daniel and his crew are very knowledgeable. We’ve worked with them on many projects and some really complicated geo thermal systems that are working great. HVAC systems can be complicated, especially when you introduce renewable energy. With Daniel being a P.E. it certainly helps with the design build process and with the success of integrating controls systems. If things are not working perfectly there are will to jump through hoops to fix them. I would highly recommend them.

Colorado Eco-Mechanical replaced my gas furnace with a heatpump and they replaced my water heater with a heatpump water heater. They were super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and incredible easy to work with. I'll definitely use them again if I need to do some more upgrades.

Daniel first worked for me to fix a major installation nightmare by another company on a job requiring ceiling cassettes for a mini-split system. He and his crew subsequently have done a major HVAC project for me on a massive remodel. HIs crew is highly professional, skilled, and Daniel personally cares about the quality of the work. Daniel and the whole team were great to work with. Responsive, punctual, experienced in all phases of the project from regulations and incentives to permitting and inspection and everything in between. Colorado Eco Mechanical installed a Daiken Mini-split system in my master bedroom. Very easy to work with, very professional and friendly staff, fast installation and competitive prices. I would not hesitate to call them again for any HVAC service. I requested 5 bids from other companies and they were the obvious choice. They were also helpful with Xcel rebates.

We worked with Colorado Ecomechanical to replace our AC unit and furnace. After consulting with many companies, we decided to go with Daniel due to his straightforward manner and his interest in green energy. Daniel walked us through the various options and helped us to understand the pros and cons of the different systems and brands. We settled on an air source heat pump with backup high efficiency furnace for very cold days. Unfortunately, supply chain issues meant some last minute changes which Daniel and his team managed for us in a timely manner. We were without an AC system in the height of the summer, so their fast turn around was very much appreciated. Since installation, the Ecomechanical team have come out to do fine tuning, and a full inspection of the system free of charge after the Marshall fires.

Two thumbs up for this team. Daniel's team installed a new HVAC system on our second floor, and replaced a thermostat on our main floor. They were professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and got the project done! There was a lot of coordination to be done with the electricians, but Daniel and his team communicated timely and effectively with me and the electricians. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day too. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

Daniel and the team were awesome. We worked together to come up with the best system for my home, eventually ending up with a Bosch air source heat pump. I was focused on electrification, decarbonization, comfort and quality. I also wanted humidification. They also recommended some changes to our duct system, and did those repairs well. His team was diligent, professional, and clearly enjoy working for the company. I highly recommend them.

It was great working with this team. Daniel was available for any question and really clear on the pros/cons of different systems. The on-site team was also great- clean and worked with us when we were figuring out the location of the condenser.

The team at Eco Mechanical did a great job installing our mini split system for our bedroom. The installation was tricky as the line needed to be run down two stories, but they did it in a day and made it look professional. They also updated me as they went to point out the challenges and come up with solutions. Our bedroom was instantly cooler when they finished and it has made sleeping so comfortable. Colorado Eco-Mechanical were fantastic installing a new furnace and putting new supplies connection in my house about 2-weeks ago. Daniel was very professional and ethical in advising me what works best for me. He delivered quality work on time. His crew wear very professional, skilled and courteous!! I would recommend Colorado Eco-Mechanical for anybody I know.

When signing up with Daniel I was concerned about the
high cost of the heat pump install. We initially had an
agreement to install it in 2024. However, he mentioned that
if we waited until 2025 the rebate from Xcel would be
much higher.

Instead of installing in 2024 we agreed to install in 2025.
Daniel never gave me an updated invoice though.

He then screwed up the filing of the rebate with Xcel by using the incorrect 2024 invoice that was never updated.

Xcel paid the rebate based on the 2024 amounts
and although I've tried Xcel will not allow for a corrected
invoice to be submitted.

Daniel now will not accept responsibility for filing incorrect paperwork and is only citing the original contract that shows the 2024 rebate amount.

This is shady. I regret hiring him to do this project. I will not recommend him to anyone.

Daniel (owner) was attentive, responsive and provided a quick and accurate estimate based on requested photos. The estimate process is free and simple compared to other HVAC companies. Furthermore, with rebates and tax incentives, the estimate for a hybrid heat pump water heater aligned with what other HVAC companies estimated for conventional gas water heaters. The electrician and plumber were professional and did quality work. Very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Super happy with the heat pump and mini splits installed! Worked with Daniel on the proposal and estimate, very knowledgeable and helpful. Anthony and a team came to install, all of them professional, friendly and hard working (our old brick house made drilling especially challenging). Highly recommend this local company, which was recommended to us by one of my neighbors :)

Very happy with Daniel and his crew. I am very particular, and they nailed it. Fast, competitive, and thorough install on my heat pump water heater retrofit. I expect I'll be in touch again when my HVAC needs any update down the road.
