This was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor working in my home. For a new furnace and AC unit, Trevor and Colten handled everything from the initial walkthrough and quote, to the installation, to the final permit and refund processing. These guys were extremely professional, charismatic, and explained everything with great clarity. Their attention to detail and analysis of the house as a whole is what set them apart from others.

Colten and Trevor installed central ac in my house and replaced all the ductwork. They are great to work with and I am happy to have supported a small business company. They’re very thorough, provide excellent customer service and are fair in price. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called Total Mechanical Solutions at 11:30 pm when my furnace stopped working the coldest night in May! Trevor and Colten are just the kind of guys you want for your repairs. Trevor talked me out of my panic and set me up for an appointment first thing in the morning. They arrived when they said they would, took a look and determined what was wrong. They walked me through every step and all of the pricing. Very thorough and easy to talk to/understand about something I really know nothing about.

Colten @ Total Mechanical Solutions is top notch, he's repaired my AC and replaced my entire natural gas system in the house. He did a fantastic job, was extremely professional, responsive and makes sure youre 100% happy. I will never use another contractor he is my go-to and should be yours as well

Colton was great! Very friendly and knowledgable about HVAC. Great communication, so I knew when to expect him as well. Wore PPE when entering my house, and was kind to my dog as well. Problem is fixed, and I’d highly recommend him to others!

Colton was wonderful! I know his schedule was packed, but he made me feel like fixing our AC was a priority to him. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in a way that I could understand (not having any background with AC), and his pricing was affordable. He was in an out in under an hour and our home was on its way back to a comfortable temperature. Colton even texted hours later to ensure everything had cooled off! I’d highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him again if I had questions or needed additional service.

We recently had a new HVAC system, water heater, and steam humidifier installed in our home by Total Mechanical Solutions and we
could not be more pleased with the outcome. The owners of this company, Colten and Trevor Coons, are the most honest and competent HVAC people I have ever dealt with. They corrected numerous problems with our vent system that greatly improved temperature control in the second story of our home. When they gave us a date for install or tune ups they showed up right on that me as scheduled. The workmanship on the install is a work of art. No hype. Just excellent professionalism throughout the process.

I met with Trevor and Colton, they were right on time. I was impressed that the wore booties on their feet even though I told them they didn't have to. They put them on and took them off every time they entered and exited. They gave me tips on how to make my system last longer. One thing that I really appreciated was they text me when they were on their way. The text had a picture of the technician and a little bit about them. They made sure the system worked well before they left, and told me what to expect with my system after. They showed me on their ipad how my system is functioning. That was pretty cool to see. I've already recommend them to a couple neighbors.

(Update ) I had an issue at my new house during this heatwave where my AC wouldn't turn on. Colton came out, quickly diagnosed that it was a blown fuse. After replacing it, he checked how the system was running making sure everything was good before leaving. As always a great experience. My service call wasn't planned but he was able to squeeze me in to the schedule.

I am a female senior citizen on social security, I was very pleased with this service I received from Colten and Trevor. They were on time, they spoke in a language I understood and my dog Tanner loved them. I was given options for the repair and they were able to fix my heater the same day with equipment from their truck. The pricing was good and they gave me a senior discount. I signed up for a maintenance contract so my equipment can be cleaned and I can be notified if there is a problem instead of having the equipment stop working. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Excellent customer service, and excellent repair work. They came out the same afternoon that I called to diagnose our ac issue, and were able to complete the repair and do a tune up same day. So glad they were able to squeeze me in!
We were advised of what a regular maintenance schedule should look like, and are happy to use them again for any ac and furnace work in the future.

Our furnace stopped working and thankfully Total Mechanical Solutions came out the same day. I thought the repair might take a few days but they had a replacement part in their truck. Our furnace is now working better than it has in years! I am so happy with the excellent service provided by Colton and Trevor, they were polite, professional, and I felt at ease with them in my home. The best in quality, communications, planning, workmanship. My wife and I are homeowners for more than sixty years, had homes in four cities. We have experienced many trades people in that time. Total Mechanical replaced our entire HVAC and they are the very best.

Colten & Trevor were so professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They supported us doing our research and gave us plenty of time answering our questions and explaining how our house & system worked together versus simply selling a product. We had multiple estimates and even had our estimates reviewed by an outside energy consultant. Their estimate, process, and work were exceptional. They are also considered an approved contractor from Excel Energy which assured us their installation and quality of work would be sound. Highly recommend!

If I could leave 10 stars I would. They have been to my home twice now (I’ve lived here for two years). For starters, they are responsive, and respectful in their communications (they actually call you back quickly, even after hours, and keep you updated on arrival times). You will feel that you are dealing with people who care, because they do. They are a small family-owned business who deliver personalized, and outstanding service. On both occasions, I was provided a range of options from basic to the most advanced and green technology, and thorough, dummy-downed explanations, so even I could understand each. It felt refreshing doing business with Total Mechanical Solutions. I highly recommend without hesitation.

I highly recommend this HVAC contractor. We were referred by friends that we trust, and they were not wrong. After maintaining our AC in the spring, I opted for their two-visit service plan. They serviced my 26-year-old furnace this morning. I'm confident that it will keep going for the near future. Nothing lasts forever and I was given reasonable advice on necessary work and options of when it needs to be done and told what to watch for to know when I need the work done. I'm very happy with the service that I received. Both technicians that I've met are very professional and their scheduler is conscientious. Total Mechanical Solutions will be my first call if I have problems or questions.

Colten with Total Mechanical did a great job. The air conditioner quit running on the weekend. They were out on Monday to fix the problem and get us running again. Totally professional and good communication.

Trevor and Colton from Total Mechanical Solutions worked with our team on installing Fusion Mixers at an industrial facility, during the pandemic. This company is fantastic! I had 0 space in my Mech Room to add a humidifier to my heating system and they came up with a great solution at a very reasonable cost. Not to mention the team that came out to do the install was polite, courteous, and the installation is top notch. Also prior to getting the solution Heather and Colton were fantastic to talk with and guide me. Thanks Team you set the example for everyone to follow!
