I am a real estate investor with a number of residential and commercial properties and have used this company for hvac maintenance and two complete installations in 2020.One was a heat/ ac residential replacement I needed on short notice with a new tenant as summer was heating up and Total Mechanical Solutions/ Colton Coons really saved the day with a prompt, professional and competitively priced replacement. They were great with my tenants,completed the project on time and left me without a mess!
The next was a state of the art mini-split ac unit I needed for my personal studio building.Again, they performed as agreed ,at a great price and even followed up with minor details without me having to call or remind them! Both units have operated flawlessly.

I cannot say enough about Total Mechanical Solutions. I woke up on a cold, Sunday morning with the smell of an electrical fire coming out of my vents. Colton was at my house with hours checking out the issue. He was polite, thorough, and really understood the entire furnace. I would highly recommend Total Mechanical Solutions.

Content and Trevor are the best. They are prompt, courteous, professional and extremely thorough with their work. They arrived on short notice, quickly troubleshot the issues we were having and then immediately got to work fixing it, after they took the time to show us the problems and explained what it's function was and why it needed to be replaced. They also provided before and after pictures from every step they took to fix the problem. Highly recommend.

Trevor arrived on time in the scheduled window and proceeded to diagnose the issue where my main concern was the AC was not blowing cool enough. That turned out to be the symptom caused by a difficult to diagnose malfunctioning part, under charged system and dirty condensing unit, all of which Trevor fixed.

It would have been easy enough for him to charge the system with a couple pounds of refrigerant and head on home but he solved the puzzle and fixed the situation and now has a customer for life. I highly recommend Total Mechanical Solutions and will pass their name along to my family and friends.

Cloton was very knowledge, explained the problem to me and my wife in a way we could understand. He was able to.dix our furnace right away he had the parts that were needed on his truck. We were very pleased with the service and pricing, we would highly recommended to friends, family and everyone else. They were the third company we had come out but the only one who was able to find the problem and fix it.

Humidifier not working. Repaired with a quick fix. Last year he replaced the heat exchanger in my furnace. Colton always does an excellent job at a fair price. I recommend them to all my clients and friends.
