Houston is an excellent plumber. He was super calm, thoughtful, professional and did a seamless job flushing out our electric tankless water heater & changing the filter.
Hope we can get him back out to do it again next year!

When i called, they were able to send someone out within a few hours. I had a leak in a hot water pipe in the ceiling. David did a good job and fixed my problem in less than two hours hours. I was very lucky.

Our commercial business needed a new water heater emergently. After spending all morning calling around, I finally found Hot Water Now. I called the company and employee Josh got his manager Elias over to my business in less than a half and hour. Elias came in explained everything to me in a way I can understand. I don't speak HVAC or water heater lingo. He quoted me a few prices and then spent an hour working with his team to get an even lower price. Other companies quoted me 16k-19k. Elias got me down to under 7k!!!!! Not only did this company get us the best deal. They were friendly, helpful, down to earth and kind. You don't find a lot of service this way.

Wayne and their folks were able to communicate the work needed and offered a fair price with rapid service. Same day replacement as the quote. My home is now to code with a quality hot water unit. Much appreciated!

I have had Hot Water Now service our Navien tankless water heater for almost 10 years now without any complaints. The service tech today was David and he kept me informed when he would be at our house. Once he arrived, he examined the installation and noticed some deterioration in the concrete near the floor drain. He recommended a neutralizer to prevent that. He got it installed and did the annual flush of the system and completed his work in around one hour.

Owner is very unprofessional. Read the other bad reviews and you'll see a pattern with over charging, bad service, unprofessionalism, and lack of knowledge.

They were able to squeeze us in same day, and helped update some of our outdated plumbing to make it safe/reliable moving forward. Great service, knowledge, and competitive pricing. The service appointment was on-time. The service technician was pleasant and well prepared to complete the annual maintenance. I have used Hot Water Now! a number of times over the years and, as usual, have been impressed with the quality and efficiency of their service. I recommend them without reservation.

Hot Water Now was great. I had a somewhat urgent situation and Wayne arrived within 30 minutes and provided me with a free estimate. He then was able to return the next day and efficiently completed all of the work. He was very personable and professional. The work was done well and I did not feel pressured by any sort of sales pitch. He made sure I was pleased with his work, and the price quoted was the price paid.

These guys are great. Very professional, on time, quick and their prices are reasonable (I had gotten 2 quotes and they were about the same - plus the last quote was from another company a year ago before the tariffs). So far I am very happy with my new tankless water heater and would definitely recommend them!

This team installed a new water heater and lined the flue for proper ventilation in my historic 1895 Denver townhome, and they were excellent!

Huston came out to look at the place and provide a quote. He was prompt (I was not!) and very patient, professional, and helpful. He’s a great guy who clearly knows his stuff, and it showed in his thorough assessment and straightforward quote.

The quote was very fair, thanks to the owner, Elias. He’s a genuinely nice guy who treats customers with respect. He walked me through options in plain language, never pushed, and worked with my limited budget. You can tell he cares about doing right by people.

Mike handled the install and did a fantastic job. He explained each step, worked efficiently, and the final result looks great and works perfectly. He was clearly knowledgeable about older homes, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. (I’m still amazed by how smoothly he worked the water heater down my narrow, somewhat rickety basement stairs with tricky angles.)
