I have been working with Russ and his crew for over 10 years now. I actually replaced the plumber a friend was using with LaKota. LaKota Plumbing always go above and beyond.... I've spung things on them at the last minute and they've never said no.

Russ was absolutely awesome. We had an issue with a separate big chain plumber who used scare tactics, fear mongering, and lies to deceive us into replacing our water heater due to a potential carbon monoxide leak.

We called in lakota to get a second opinion who were honest and straight forward. He explained that there was no possibility of a carbon monoxide leak, and took action to detect any problems. Russ replaced our TP valve on our water heater and did a great job. He was kind, passionate, and friendly.

I will always reference this company.

After months of struggling with a problem that another plumber was unable to correct, Russ and the team at Lakota came through and saved the day. They are fantastic at what they do, and good people. I highly recommend Lakota!

Would not recommend this company. Went down hill the past year or two and the service has been terrible. So sad to see what once was a great company make poor decisions and crumble.

I have used Hot Water Now twice to service my Rinnai tankless hot water heater. The second time it was because we had an error code and the hot water was cutting off. Hot Water Now said it just needed to be cleaned, did the work, took a bunch of before and after photos, and fixed the problem. I feel like other companies would have tried to sell me parts and charged way more.

David was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He serviced our aging Rinnai tankless water heater and discussed future options to consider. Will definitely use them again.

Hot Water Now! had a super simply scheduling process. They were very communicative about when to expect a technician, and the technician showed up on-time. Austin was a super friendly technician. I will definitely use Hot Water Now! again for my next water heater service.

I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Keith accommodated my schedule by coming early to my home to evaluate my situation. Recommended a less expensive solution instead of upselling. Within 5 minutes of me approving the quote, I had a crew at my house withing one hour. The crew had my water heater installed within 45 minutes of their arrival. Wow!

Houston did a great job with our descaling. He was quick and identified a problem and offered a solution. Happy to have him back for any maintenance.

Had my annual tankless domestic water heater flush service. Scheduled a week in advance. Technician called and texted to let me know he was 10 minutes from arriving. Came a little earlier than the scheduled time. Flushed the heater within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for this service.

Beware of this company, I should have known when I first called and they asked how old my tankless was. Then the first question the tech asked when he got here was how old my tankless was. Sure enough, he looks at it and says it's too old, out of code and he's the only one in Colorado that can service it and he wanted $1000 to do that. $6000 for a new one. This was even after I told him I know the people at low energy systems who not only sold, distributes and sells the parts for my tankless and have plumbers coming through there all the time who service my unit. I know two people besides him, Russ the plumber who installed the unit and Rod who normally services it but he's out of town. These guys were trying to scare me into buying a new system from the minute the phone rang. Luckily Rod called and told us how to reset the unit to clear the error code or they really would have tried the hard sell. You got my warning, BEWARE!!!

EDITED TO ADD: My regular service guy just serviced our tankless and said he sees no problems with it. Everything was looking great.

Hot Water Now has been amazing for MULTIPLE properties! Keith is always extremely prompt with returning calls and getting a technician sent out ASAP. Their pricing is fair too! Can this combination of service and affordability be too good to be true!?...NOPE! They're the real deal!

We have a unique water heater that is very difficult to service. Keith, has been incredibly responsive and helpful when we have had issues. The last service did not go perfectly and Keith was quick to respond and correct the problem at no charge. This is how business should be done. Life long customers now, for sure. Can’t recommend them enough.
