Keith is super knowledgeable and helped me get to the bottom of my error code on my tankless hot water heater quickly. Unlike other companies in the metro area, he doesn’t try to up sell you and charges a reasonable rate of labor. We’ll be coming back when we need to purchase a new tankless!

Check the other low reviews, and you'll see a pattern: Insane prices for the amount of time they are working. We were charged $500 for an hour of annual service on two tankless water heaters. When my husband called to ask them about it, they tried to tell us they were out here for 2 hours (even though we have a front doorbell camera that shows otherwise) and then eventually the woman on the phone said she would "pass this along to the owner." Shockingly, we never got a call back. While the company may be prompt in their service, $500 for an hour of work is absurd. The best part? When you go online to pay your bill, they have a section for you to add gratuity.

When our hot water tank broke, we decided we wanted a tankless water heater this time around. We reached out to Hot Water Now! and they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. Jay, Austin and Aaron did a great job and we couldn’t be happier. Jay explained the process and the team was very professional and the price was fair, compared to others. Hot Water Now rocks! Excellent customer service, fast response and scheduling. David is a master problem solver and has been a life saver for my Food Truck business Falafayette, helping to repair and maintain my tankless water heater. David had to do a bunch of tinkering and custom work in order to fix the original installer's (by a different company) mistakes and was able to get the water heater properly setup and working in my mobile unit. After 1 year we have had no problems and absolutely love our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. Just had our 1 year maintenance and service. Grateful for the top notch service from Hot Water Now that has helped keep my small businesses up and running smoothly.

I expected a simple clean and service like I had the last time for $110 and upon seeing my Rheem Hot Water heater the technician told me it would be $350. Then they tried to up sell me on some additional parts and services for a total of $950. I refused and told them to clean it. Which they did and charged me $325. It seems to be working well now.

Second time I’ve had this company service my tankless water heater. They are knowledgeably and efficient. Pointed out that code re. water neutralization had changed, which I appreciated An excellent professional company.

If you have a tankless water heater with any issues, these are hands down the best guys to address it. After working with another outfit that was highly rated on Google and certified by the manufacturer but did not fix the problem, all I can say is that David at Hot Water Now! was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and honest and fixed the issue in his first trip to my location.

Total scam, came and charged me 580 .00 and didn't fix anything the first day needed a part, 975.00 dollars for a $99 part, I ask for itemized receipt, would not give one ,unethical business, will gouge you as they know it will be for one time and no repeat business BBB in red states they are not accredited, I know now why.The story gets worse,1 month later the tank flooded my basement,no warranty as refused itemized receipt that I requested.I had a new one installed for almost half the price they quoted. I showed poor judgement,don't use them!!!

Hot water now is Awesome! They installed my rennai 10 years ago. It has been great. Houston provided my service today. He did a great job and provided me with some things to expect in the future so there are no surprises. I highly recommend Hot water Now!

The team is friendly and happy to answer questions. They left the work area in the same condition they found it in. They seemed to be pretty quick, replacing a water heater took 2 hour's 20 minutes and the quote was spot on. I would recommend reaching out to Hot water now when getting estimates, they are very competitive.

I do have one adendum, the lenders Hot water now use rates are predatory; 20% interest is worst than most credit cards. Try to secure loans from your own bank or credit union, I was able to get much better rates from my credit union.

The gentleman from Hot Water Now was very polite and cooperative in setting up our job. When he arrived to do the work he was on time and finished the work quicklly and without a fuss or complications. We would be happy to seek his help in the future.

I had received the runaround when my old water heater started leaking. When I finally called Hot Water Now, they had a team at my house in 30 minutes. They had a new water heater online two hours later!

Great experience. Our tech, Houston, was wonderful. Our 2 yr old Rinnai on demand water heater stopped working 2 days before the New Year. Not a good time to find help. I called Hot Water Now! on January 2nd, they scheduled for the 3rd, arrived on time, diagnosed, fixed and explained the problem. Reasonable price, costs disclosed upfront, prior to work. Would definitely recommend. We have hot water!!!

Thank you so much for rescuing me today! After 11 days and dealing with 2 other companies and getting the run around! I called distraught and exhausted this morning and was told they couldn't get to me for a week, at that point I pretty much hung up and gave up! To my suprise, the very sweet office lady called me and told me they would do their best to make it happen and get to me ASAP! The tech was out by noon and resolved my issue in an hour and a half! I can not thank you guys enough for the timely and efficient service and for working in a very small crawl space that nobody else wanted to handle! I will be using this company for all of my further HVAC maintenance and service needs! I give 10 stars!!!! And again, thank you soooooooooo much! I can shower! Amen!

Houston did a great job. I was able to get an appointment quickly. He showed up on time. He services the unit and made a part replacement. The work area was clean and the system is working better than ever. Great communication, too.

Hot Water Now, is a very good friendly company. I used to use Dr Fix It on my home hot water heater and furnace. They cost me so much money, Dr Fix It and the stuff didn’t even get fixed. I would not recommend Dr Fix It to anybody. I would use hot water now instead they are very good, reliable and honest people. Thank you so much for servicing my tankless hot water heater.
