Total plumbing and heating have done several jobs for us in the past year and they have been excellent. Good work, informative, timely and they clean up after themselves!!

$2600 to repair a water main line to the home, when I was out of town, and I've seen $600 to lay a brand new 40 foot pipe. Granted, it was mid-December, and emergency repair, but it was less than 4 hours of work. Seemed exhorbitant. Now that it is a few months later, I see they also busted my sprinkler line in the process. Excluded from their responsibility of course.

Clayton came out and handled our drain issue, was very thorough, clean, and friendly. I'm in the service industry myself (Heating and Air Conditioning but I do NOT work for this company) and recognize professionalism when I see it. Thanks Man we really appreciate it!

My wife and i recently bought our condo and won't ya just know it we got a leak from the unit above which created a mess through our lovely home. I contacted the HOA for the property and they called Total plumbing. We were pleasantly surprise and blessed to have Randy come to our home. Randy was very polite and extremely knowledgeable and got right to the root of the problem. Although the upper unit presented it's own issues Randy was able to locate the problem and bring our home under control from the leak. We just wanted to say Thanks to Randy and your team for the Great service and individual attention we received. Total plumbing will be our first and only call fro any further plumbing issues. This is the 3rd sewer repair Jeff and his team have done for me this summer. I am a real estate broker and one repair was on a home I owned and was selling. The price was right and they put the yard back perfectly. Today they did a job that was to be one day and turned into 2 days. The crew worked 12 hours to make the inspection happen on time. Cannot say enough good thingds about them and the attention they give to eacj project. They have truly earned a five star review!

Total Plumbing came to the rescue and fixed my toilet issues. They were prompt and efficient and I will definitely use them in the future. I even added them to my neighborhood list of recommended services. Thanks Total Plumbing!

I’m sure they do decent plumbing work but they forget to turn the hot water boilers in my condo building back on EVERY SINGLE TIME they turn the water off. After hours is absolutely no help. If you’re going to do a job make sure you finish everything and these guys can’t seem to complete work and leave everything like they find it.

Will, who answers the phone, is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all the questions I had and then some. However, the contractor they sent out to install for me wasn't the best. I had to call to fact-check prices because he was telling me a free service was $120. I was told it was free, again, and after I called to make sure it was free, he insisted it wasn't and called himself. He then took two and a half hours to accomplish an install which should have taken one hour.

Ken and Randy over at Total Plumbing were true professionals. They showed up on time. They were not only fast with their work but very effective. They were also very knowledgeable and took the time to share with me what was wrong and exactly what they did to fix it. Total Plumbing is the best!

Total Plumbing is the company whose excellent services many homeowners in my building use. Matt B. came twice a while ago to check and unclog a drain pipe behind my washer and also unclog my shower drain. He was very professional and courteous. As I was again in need of technical assitance for my appliances, Total Plumbing sent me a Master Plumber, also named Matt, who was just as professional and courteous as the plumber I had previously. I felt that these technicians cared about doing their job well, and certainly treated me as a valued customer. It will be my pleasure to recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

I used Total Plumbing several times for my rentals and my home, but when I needed them recently to install a gas wall heater, they billed me $870. The heater itself was around $400. They said they needed 8.5 hrs. After all that, it was not even functioning. I had to redo everything myself again starting from scratch. I should have installed it myself in the first place.

I don't think I will ever use them again!

Total Plumbing did a great job on the work they performed at my house. In the process of a bathroom model that required a master plumber for some of the drains. They completed the work, it looks clean and both techs that came out were professional. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough kind words about the staff and service at Total Plumbing. Randy was the person doing the work at my house but everyone I have spoken to at the company is very professional and dedicated to their customers. I recommend them highly to anyone needing plumbing services. Their prices are fair and there is great value in the work that they do which is more important to me than simply finding the lowest cost. You get what you pay for.

I've had an leak issue with the condenser on my HVAC for nearly 2 years. A retired employee from TOTAL looked at it, and I had two other companies attempt a fix. Randy from TOTAL came, quickly diagnosed, and fixed the problem permanently. I'm very grateful!

Xcel identified a leak in the manifold of my gas line and recommended I contact a plumber to address the issue, so I submitted a request through Angi, and Earl was the first to respond.

He called me first thing and was able to schedule same day service. He was upfront with the cost and provided a decent time window on when he could be at my home.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through the repair process and finalized the cost for repair. The fix was quick yet thorough. I also appreciate his consideration of my home and property as first thing when entering my home, he sported booties to cover his shoes and help protect the floors. Super thoughtful especially for me being a germy-a-phobe.

Earl definitely takes pride in both his work and how he treats his customers’ homes and that means a lot! Definitely recommend IronFist Plumbing
