Landgraf Plumbing and Heating rock! The staff is friendly from setting up the appointment to the crew that did the work. The work is great and quick, we have issues with our trees growing into the pipes, as well as our children put weird things down the toilet! All around good experiences every time. I've been using Landgraf for about 7 years. What's prompting me to write a review is because recently something went wrong during our service and Landgraf was very professional and reasonable when it came time to talk about a solution together. When things go wrong, which they eventually always will, how the company responds shows their true colors. Landgraf has earned my continued business because of that.

Bruce and his partner showed up exactly on time. They were replacing the water pump for my boiler. In order to get my kickspace heaters to work in the basement zone the water needs to be pumped. It took them less than an hour to drain the necessary pipes replace and purged the air. The cost was less than the estimate, always a pleasant surprise.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Thursday. Based on past good experiences, I called Landgraf on Friday morning and was told a technician could come out that afternoon. He arrived several hours early, had to leave to buy a replacement part, and had the repair finished before lunch. Amazing service - we definitely will use -- and recommend -- Landgraf again.

If you have any issues with plumbing or heating, these are your guys. Bruce has helped me on a few occasions and is remarkably knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are fair, their work is outstanding and their customer service never disappoints!

Have used Langraf plumbing for over 35 years. The best service and great employees. Called today with leaking electric water heater. Within 3 hours they had a new one installed and now have hot water. They are the best in service and price. They have always backed up their work with. I recommend them for all HVAC and plumbing work. I give them 5 stars.

Furnace and AC unit. Really appreciated their professionalism and quality of work. They were straight forward with quote, no attempts to upcharge. Their cost was very reasonable. You could tell they are not about the marketing fluff that leads to ridiculous pricing. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Landgraf. 100% client-centric and customer service oriented. They were here within three hours and communicated their arrival time. Arnold the tech was amazingly transparent, respectful, and super knowledgeable ensuring that I understood the issue (sewage mainline clog) and how he was going to fix it. He solved my problem in a couple hours and for a very fair price. If anything ever happens again with my plumbing or heating I will 100% be using this company again. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

We had problems with our boiler, it would not go on and heat our home. Linda at Landgraf answered their phone before 8 am and was very nice. Bruce came to our home and was fantastic. He was patient, listened well, and solved our problems. He did not try some grand sales approach to get more money. Tonight, we will rest easy knowing Bruce thoroughly examined our hearing system and repaired all necessary issues. It will also be nice to have heat, not trying to sleep in an icebox, wondering if our pipes were going to burst!
