This company is everything you should expect to get if you have a plumbing issue. I've used a couple different plumbing services in the Denver Metro area prior to finding Big Apple, but these guys are my go-to from now on.

HORRIBLE SERVICE – 1 STAR

I own multiple properties across several states and have worked with countless home service companies over the years—but Big Apple Plumbing takes the cake for the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.

They charged a $170 dispatch fee plus a $260 “diagnostic fee”, totaling $430 just to show up—without disclosing any of this over the phone when I scheduled the emergency service. To make matters worse, the technician arrived late.

I explained that I wasn’t going to pay these surprise fees without any work being done, especially during an emergency. Instead of trying to work with me, the manager decided to cancel the job entirely and pulled the technician from the site—in the middle of an urgent situation.

This company is unprofessional, overpriced, and completely lacks customer service. Do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else. Avoid Big Apple Plumbing at all costs.
